We just had new windows and a sliding glass door installed to replace our 70 + year-old windows and 30 + year-old door, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the windows and sliding door is outstanding, and the install team from Renewal by Andersen was top-notch. They were quick, professional, respectful of our home, and clearly knew what they were doing. Thanks for sending the A Team, Will, Jose and Thomas! We can already tell a difference in comfort, and I’m excited to see what our utility savings will look like with the new energy-efficient windows and door. Highly recommend!

I called to get a quote and was repeatedly told that only the homeowner could schedule the appointment. I explained several times that I’m authorized to handle these matters on his behalf because he’s a very busy business owner, and I offered multiple reasonable solutions. I asked whether the homeowner could call to authorize the appointment, join the call briefly, or even speak with them once the technician arrived. I also asked whether a power of attorney would work. At first, I was told some of these options might be acceptable, including the possibility of a power of attorney, but later the receptionist completely changed his position and said none of those options would work. To make matters worse, I overheard one of the employees mocking me in a high-pitched, rude tone while I was still on the call. I fully understand companies having policies in place, but the communication was inconsistent, unprofessional, and unnecessarily difficult. I was simply trying to schedule a paid quote appointment and offered several reasonable ways to verify authorization, yet kept getting contradictory answers.

Will Riggins and his crew were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly but carefully. Everything was measured and verified before cutting, finalizing the fit, or installing one nail. They replaced 5 large windows and 2 doors. The care they took in making sure the pre-hung doors were level in our older home was incredible. They even asked what height I wanted the door peepholes, and they're perfect. We just need to putty in the nail holes and paint the trim inside and out, as it's already primered. One last thing. Our old threshold used to hang over the entrance and I tripped over it several times, even having a very bad fall while carrying a box. Will built out the support for the threshold so that there's no way to trip on it anymore. I'm so pleased.
