The crew that installed our front door did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly and dedicated to doing an excellent job.

Today we had new windows installed by the Bend Renewal team, from start to finish Cody and Isaac did a very professional job exceeding expectations. Their work areas both inside and outside of the house were neat and tidy, these guys are fine ambassadors for their company. If you are looking to replace windows, Andersen is the way to go, great product backed by a solid team.

Rather unpleasant experience with Daryl. Super friendly beginning turned to very high pressure tactics to sign that day and fork over a 50% deposit. When we explained we weren't prepared to sign and put down a deposit he demeaned us and criticized us for not really being ready. I can't tell you if their products are worth it but they are extremely expensive.

Amazing windows and amazing work done by installers!!!! It was 94 degrees and our house was mainly in the sun and the two installers worked their rears off and just did an exceptional job and so kind and polite! Very thoughtful and just all around pleased with Renewal by Andersen’s installers and products!

Door to door sales people are pushy. If someone says "No Thank You" thats the end of the conversation especially if its two men approaching a single woman. If I did ever need services in the future I will not be using this company. Someone below said "used car salesman energy" and I completely agree. Also to note: if you're selling siding, take note of freshly painted homes. We probably just had it completed or checked before the paint. Might want to just pass that house.

super shady company, very very aggressive marketing, shady used car salesman energy They call you multiple times a day and so we reported them to the BBB and the attorney general as well as the sheriff for harassment. I have asked them FIVE times to stop calling and they still call 3 or more times a day… We told them we are not and will never be interested, and they started calling us more… Do not trust this company, they are crazy aggressive and once they have your contact information you will hear from them multiple times a day and receive mail from them daily Not trustworthy No legit company needs to be this aggressive, if they had good products the quality would speak for itself Psycho salespeople and honestly I don’t feel safe anymore because they know where I live Whatever you do avoid business with these shady people Maybe they will read this and stop calling us because they flat out refuse to stop calling, hopefully the sheriff can convince them to stop calling No means NO

Every single person at Renewal by Andersen of Bend was professional and informative. I absolutely love my new windows and will recommend them to everyone! They are truly masters of their craft.

Edit We canceled three days after and Jamie came to pressure us so you did not start making any and if you did, you just didn’t accept our cancellation until we had to call and yell and say that this isn’t fair we canceled like two months ago and you guys just didn’t listen people I’m begging you to look at their reviews on yelp and other sites because they have really horrible reviews. Plus, you couldn’t even have started custom making our windows because you never even came to measure them This is complete lies on these reviews and most of them are properly fake reviews from people who work at the company. and do not take your business they sent us a bill for $4000 when they did nothing and we canceled the windows because they’re way more expensive than anyone else and Jamie wouldn’t leave for five hours all day when we were telling her we need to go and she made us late to an event we were going to She was extremely pressuring and wearing inappropriate clothing in front of a two-year-old whom my two year-old has also told her goodbye and my parents were too nice to kick her out and then they canceled and you guys still charged them 200 and then 4000 this is not right we will sue you because you did nothing you can’t charge someone $4000 for doing nothing that is not OK not fair we will not throw away $4000 in the trash for you guys pressuring us and then doing nothing and then we canceled it and you didn’t even cancel it Never ever take your business here If you look at the five star reviews, most of them only have one 22 reviews. That means they are fake or people who work at the company do not trust this company or the reviews. They did nothing but pressure 4000$ depraved scummy Scam company do not go here ever Just get your windows from other places in Bend that have half the price and still are very good windows in these windows. They lie about how they’re good. They’re not even good even though I didn’t get them from other people I’ve talked to I’ve heard they are trash.
