Matt Oot and Dan Westhoven were both amazingly helpful. They walked us through every step one at a time and were very transparent about every charge and what was going to be done to our house. They lay everything out for you to choose what you want for style as well as be fully transparent about the construction of the windows and frames. I could not recommend these two more.

Recently used Renewal by Anderson to replace 8 windows on our house, as they were older model Andersons that weren't so easy to pull open for cleaning the outside panes. The windows were installed in a period of two rushed and chaotic days. We felt that the installation was rushed with an attitude of 'hurry up and get to the next jobsite'. Although the workmanship was okay, the overall experience was not unique to our installation, more like cookie cutter, one size fits all, style. For the price paid, we expected top of the line service, this was not our first experience with Renewal by Anderson and we felt like the work was too rushed and no communication was attempted with the selection for outside trim replacement or style; it didn't match with the old style trim. At the end, the windows were not cleaned and washed, that was left to us, the customers. Things change and I'm guessing service by Renewal by Anderson is one of them?
