We didn't actually get any work done by them because they are such salespeople. We called just to set up a quote appointment for one broken window. Should have taken 5 minutes. But wanted to get every detail about every window in our home and kept asking leading questions to get information on which products they should try to sell to me, talked about multi-window packages and other stuff. After 20 minutes of me repeatedly saying I just needed one window, I finally had my appointment. I later decided to cancel it because I didn't want to deal with their technician doing this to me all over again. That was also not simple. I said I wanted to cancel, they asked if I wanted to reschedule instead (this would normally be positive if it were not for the rest of the situation). I said I just wanted to cancel and they asked why. I told them that we decided not to go forward with the window replacement right now and the rep tried to get me to keep it because "prices are locked in for a year." I'm not sure why they think I would want to waste my time with an appointment when I have decided I'm not getting my window replaced. Makes a lot more sense to just set another appointment later when I'm actually ready to purchase. Anyway, I said I didn't want to because their reps have a very "salesy" attitude and the lady says "oh, ok" in a very put-off tone and hangs up on me. If you do use them make sure you come prepared to hold your ground and only buy what you actually want to buy.

Courteous, professional service from beginning through installation. Products are very pricey but extremely good quality.

Great quality, beautiful product. Installation was thorough and meticulous. Very professional! Alexi and Alex were fantastic and made me feel as if the work they were doing was on their own homes!
