Excellent service. Arrived on time. Cleaned up well. Kept the mess to a minimum. Very professional. Window was exactly what I wanted.

Excellent professionals. Installation was clean, efficient, and meticulous. Product is beautiful. Technicians did not mind any questions and were patient to explain things to me. Left my home looking clean.

Great salesperson, but the sales strategy made me walk away. The sales representative was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very good at her job. I have zero complaints about her personally. My issue is with the broader sales approach. The pricing felt like a game — starting very high (nearly $40k) and then quickly coming down closer to $30k with “discounts.” That kind of movement makes the pricing feel inconsistent and not very transparent. The biggest problem was the pressure tactics. Specifically, the “you have to decide today to get the 5% discount” and the repeated emphasis on limited-time offers. That does not build trust. It makes the decision feel driven by urgency rather than actual value. If the product truly stands on its own, there should be no need for time-based pressure or pricing games. A more straightforward, transparent approach would go a long way toward building confidence. Because of that experience, I’ll be looking at other companies. Just something for others to be aware of going in.

We had our custom window replaced and our arch window taken out and filled in with drywall and shakes outside to match above our garage. I am happy with the work that was done, everyone on the job site was professional, nice, and accommodating. . What I wasn’t happy with was the mess on my front walk way from the drywall work and the glass and debris I found after the installers left in my flower beds below the window that was replaced. This should have been looked at more thoroughly before the installers and drywall workers left, especially given the price point of the window.

Very happy with the job. Two new exterior doors and thresholds replaced. Salesman was punctual as was the fellow that measured and the install crew did a great job and very professional. This was for our church and we’re very pleased with the job done.

Buyer beware the salesman Tony is a 20 year scam artist.He told us that our 20 windows and 2 doors would take 2-3 days with 2 crews and he would get their best crew out of Tulsa. total $83,000.00 ish these guys were done in 7 hours. then insulted me and my wife pretty much saying we were stupid. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all . Then another manager named David Dodson called and pretty much called me an idiot. Tells me I’m upset because they got done quick. I said no I’m upset about the extra day and a half of labor they lied about. I would really shop elsewhere.

Installers did a great job. Very respectful and clean. Very pleased! Expensive but high quality. From start to finish, it was a super easy and pleasant process. Kale Keith was our sales rep. No pressure whatsoever.

Stop calling me, they call me on the weekends, holidays, everything I told them I was not interested and they keep doing it.

The installers were very courteous and worked to keep everything clean through the whole demo and install process.
