Installation was very professional and well done. Cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job on my new windows. Salesman professional as well and showed up to ensure installation was done well. All in all happy with company as a whole.

Window is beautiful, the instillation was immaculate. It was muddy at the time they installed there is not a spec of dirt where they installed or walked. Thank you!

Below is a pic of a window I was having problems with rattling when windy. UPDATE: I ordered my final two doors from Nick. Super nice guy. He helped me in selecting these doors. Fast forward… the doors look very nice. I’m quite pleased with them. He was so nice to follow up with the progress and my satisfaction. He looked at the screen problem I had previously, that wasn’t solved. He asked the regional troubleshooter, Lincoln, to come out and look at the screen. He came out and saw that the window needed tweaked some and then, the screen would fit. The installer came out, tweaked the window, brought me a new screen, and now, it doesn’t rattle! I can say this company wants to make things right and they want happy customers. Thank you RBA for not giving up on my window and screen! Of the window and door companies I had to select from, overall, they are the most expensive by far, but their quality and service somewhat outweigh the cost. You get what you pay for!

They showed up and gave us their pitch. They were running a “factory special”, telling us that they were going to give us a straight 50% discount to replace all the windows in our house. They still quoted us $50,000. For “50% off”? Insane, and honestly laughable
