Well, the initial call was not pleasant, it felt like I was being interrogated! BUT, once Sarah came to our house for the initial consultation, things were AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, sensitive to our immediate needs and had several solutions. We decided to go with her at that same visit. Sarah had Mike come out and confirm the measurements and access the situation, to make sure we had the proper crew do the installation. Both Mike and Sarah said it would take about 6-8 weeks, but was in constant contact with us. Just after a little under 3 weeks after we made the decision, we got a call the windows were in. They were installed today and the crew they sent, lead by Moses arrived on time. They covered the entire area to contain the dust and were done and cleaned up by 2:00pm. Moses was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and let me know everything that was going on. They ran into several snags, but he walked me through it all and asked for my input. Mike came out to check on the job and work with Moses and the "snags". Sarah came out to sat hello! I can't say enough about Sarah, Mike, Moses and his guys and Renewal by Anderson. We will be using them for our future needs! Thank you! The windows are beautiful and the workmanship is outstanding!
