Window & Door Replacement in Toledo, OH

Chris, Ken and Brandon came out and installed basement windows. Couldn't ask for a better crew! They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. Had to leave to runs errands, and I felt very comfortable leaving while they were still here. Thank you gentleman.

Renewal by Andersen of Northwest Ohio did an amazing job on our beautiful sliding door and upstairs windows. This review is long overdue. Charlie Duck, was professional and welcoming as our first contact. Jordyn N. was awesome following through with any questions referring us to the appropriate person. I have numerous people to thank for their thoroughness and care to assure our door and windows were installed properly. All the following individuals were awesome: Jeff measured our windows and answered all my questions! Matt Morgan... installer did a great job and followed through with adjustments. Josh Mass and Brandon completed minor adjustments in a timely manner. Keith Morris was outstanding with re-framing bedroom windows and finishing off our beautiful sliding door. We are so proud of our sliding door and windows and plain on replacing our remaining windows next year. With Renewal by Anderson just put your worries aside as you are receiving a superior product with an unbeatable overall customer experience. THANK YOU RENEWAL by ANDERSEN of Northwest Ohio!!!

Install by Keith Morris and Noah was professional and excellent. We are happy with the new windows. Only problem is that after three weeks we are still waiting for some replacement hardware that was on backorder.
