Just had the second half of our windows, plus two doors, installed today. Our salesman, Antonio, helped us find the perfect replacement windows for our home and was super helpful and is always available for questions. Alyssa, in the office, is always available for questions about installation scheduling. The installation guys, especially Morgan and Gage, work their butts off to make the installation process seamless and easy for the homeowner! I hired Renewal by Anderson for the quality. What I ended up with was unfortunately great windows and terrible installation. I first noticed that there was visible light after they foamed the windows they told me this was not a concern they would insulate again before installing trim. However we reached winter and there was cold drafts blowing through. Another missed day of work and team removed the trim and reinsulated. Then I still had drafts in corners. Another day of missed work and they installed the gaskets correctly on the windows. The siding in the outside was shifted during installation Inlet them team know and each time they never brought a ladder. The door was installed with some shims in the middle. This would have cracked. Plus I had cold air blowing in from the bottom. Another day of missed work for them to reset the door. Then I noticed 5 screws missing along the hinge side of the door. Another missed day of work for them to come back out for the screws. We get through winter and hinges on windows are showing rust. Rain comes through the top of the storm door. Other photos show how they left foam insulation on the finish product. I showed the installer and he had me write it down on the work form instead of fixing it. I almost forgot the trim came in the wrong color and they had to come out another day for that.... Another missed day of work. Yes Renewal by Anderson came out to repair everything however I had a cold draft house for the winter and spent my vacation days with them repairing what should have been done right in the first place. I sent a review similar to this to Renewal by Anderson and unfortunately no one even called to discuss.

We are extremely happy with the installation of our new windows. Your workers Logan, Bradon, and Orien were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They completed our installation on time even though Logan had to work alone one day. We are especially pleased with Logan. He was on top of everything. We love our new windows. They brighten our home inside and out. P.S. You are lucky to have Logan. He took us through our home to every window and showed us the operation of each window and screen. In addition, they left our home spotless.

We purchased 16 windows, Mike Kisil (sales rep) installation crew (Doug) are very prompt, talented, and detailed. They truly are finish carpenters. The area was spotless and complete when done! (No comebacks) Thank-you for your professionalism!

Not saying its this location specifically but you guys need to stop sending the same junk mail wvery month to my house. We do not want windows from you guys. If anything the constant junk mail will drive us to a different supplier when we are ready
