This is the second time we have used RBA. I work with contractors every day in my job. I see and hear a lot of horror stories. Not so with Renewal by Anderson of Northeast PA. Their communications are clear and timely and the all the technicians and install crew comes when they are scheduled and are clean and professional! The saying you get what you pay for rings true. You wont be disappointed!

We are incredibly pleased with our new windows. In addition to being beautiful, the construction is sturdy, the panels move easily, and the locks are very secure. We have already noticed that drafts have been eliminated and our interior furnishings are now protected from sun damage. The tilt-in feature also makes cleaning much more convenient. While the windows were an investment, we found the financing options to be reasonable and the transferable warranties provide great peace of mind. Furthermore, the customer service exceeded our expectations. Every representative we encountered was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Based on this experience, we plan to return to your company to replace our remaining windows. I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for high-quality window replacements.

On February 16-18, RBA was at my house to replace my sliding glass door and 12 windows and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately I now have no more windows or doors to replace to have Tom and Gavin come back. Both of them were fantastic and so professional, once again, removing and installing all 12 of my windows along with my sliding door. I have, and will continue to, refer RBA to friends.
