Chris Martinez and manager Priscilla came to our home to see and hear our comments about the company and product that we purchased There are no words that I can say about the two of them They both were so so professional courteous and knowledgeable and they are definitely a great great asset to the company On a scale of 1 to 10 they both are off the charts. We recently had an ancient sliding door replaced with a picture window and 2 double hung side windows. The process was fairly painless, scheduling to come out and measuring, providing a computer rendering of the project, and install several weeks later. Our only problem was with the finish work after the install..they installed drywall under the window rather than paneling to match the rest of the dining room. We had the supervisor come out and he agreed with us. The finishing crew came out and changed the drywall to paneling and it looks awesome! We are so glad we did this project and are very happy with the outcome!

Excellent experience from Sarah in sales to Jade (concierge) to Patrick (follow up measurements, pre install). And install by John's team (Tyler and Steven were excellent), followed by Chris with customer experience. I had the pleasure of 3 installs with this team and am so thankful for the attention to detail, professionalism, and how kind they all were! Also, my windows and sliders are amazing and my house is now better insulated. Thank you all so much!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Was a pleasure dealing with the Renewal By Andersen Bethlehem PA team from start to finish. Jana went over all the details for the Sliding Door & Windows we wanted replaced in depth. Deb,our Concierge,was always pleasant & answered any questions I presented; keeping us informed at every stage. Matt came by for exact measurements & explained our Contract. The installers Conrad & Jose were very professional and courteous. They made sure everything was covered before they started & cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Lindon was our Post Customer Care representative. He was very knowledgeable & made sure any questions we had were answered. We had a sliding glass door replaced. Everything went well, starting with Jana La Belle, our design consultant. Jana was very friendly, informative, not at all pushy, and was very patient with us. We had hoped to replace eight windows as well, but we decided it was more than we could currently afford, and she helped us with a plan to do the work in steps. Our Concierge, Debbie Shaw, kept us informed. Dan Matuska and his team did the installation. They were friendly, professional, explained everything, cleaned up the area when they finished. Everyone did a terrific job and we love our new door. We would highly recommend Renewal By Anderson.

Our home now enjoys 90% of what Renewal By Anderson supports. This process from sales, installation, and Customer support was a Fantastice Experience. We continue to come back to Renewal By Anderson becasue of their great customer support and top of the line prodcuts. The new doors and windows look great, works smoothly, and already makes the house feel comfortable. I would Highly recommend
