I will never use this company. After a salesman knocked our door to sell me services, I answered and was polite. Told him that I was interested in a quote, provided him my email, and told him our timeline to purchase (in 6 months). Instead of understanding what LEAD NURTURING is and taking this 7 min dialogue as a WIN, he began pushing by calling a scheduler to get me an appt ASAP. When I said I had kids inside and could not do this now, he turned on his heel and said "BYYYYYYE" with 110% drama. CONGRATS, sir. You just guaranteed that I will not support you or the company you represent. In today's world - customer service is everything - there are LOTS of options. I choose service providers who are courteous and respect the boundaries of my home.
