Update.. Ive lowered my review now the project is moving. The warehouse sent a shattered window with broken a frame, michmatched hardware and broken screens. 2nd install date, window was fixed but the frame is again broken. For the price tag, the "warehouse" has no attention to detail. Also, be aware that there will be a different contact persons throughout the process. Theres been 5 different employees that have been at my house with different titles. Seems like alot of overhead. Last thing, Renewal by Anderson keeps sending a certificate of completion to the finance company when the project was not completed. Eager for that money without regards to the actual customers project. Product seems nice but we'll see how long it holds up. Apparently it breaks easy if we keep getting it broken straight from the warehouse. Everyone from the company has been very nice and apologetic. Everything is going great so far! Very courteous and respectful of my home.

Salesman Gage very knowledgeable about construction of windows and benefits of the construction Installation crew were friendly professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up extremely well work was exceptional and timely

Renewal’s crew did a fantastic job replacing six high custom windows. They look great and cleaned up everything.

Renewal by Anderson did an outstanding job in replacing my widows. I would highly recommend them. There installers were outstanding. The whole process was great.
