The sales tactics with this company was so off putting, it was an immediate no! The company rep basically started her presentation by asking who else we have had quotes with and would not let it go. I refused to tell her. I didn’t care about her opinion of her competition. It was the ick of a used car sales person. The minute she left, we confirmed with another company who had a straight forward approach, quick and very reasonable price point! After reading more reviews on this company, I realized my opinions were shared by many!!! Run!

My husband and I just had replacement windows installed in the front of our home. When searching for the right company to provide them, Renewal by Anderson impressed us with the thoroughness of their procedures and their products. The windows were installed last week. The installers made sure to protect our home from any dust or debris, and their procedure was quick and efficient. Within a few hours we went from leaky 1950s windows to beautiful new energy efficient ones. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.

I am giving the Rep. Nathan, the 5 stars due to his presentation was excellent, his personality, communication skills and listening to our needs. We could not go with Anderson Renewal due to the extremely high prices on each window and no negotiation options.

REGINALD CAME IN VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT HE SHOWED US. IT IS VERY EVIDENT THAT THE WINDOWS ARE FAR SUPERIOR TO ANY OTHERS WE HAVE BEEN SHOWN. WE HAVE SEVERAL PROJECTS NEEDING DONE AND ONLY A SPECIFIC AMOUNT SET ASIDE TO GET ALL COMPLETED. REGINALD WORKED REALLY HARD TO GET THE COST DOWN AS LOW AS POSSIBLE BUT IT IS STILL MORE THAN OUR BUDGET ALLOWS. WE ARE VERY THANKFUL FOR BEING SHOWN THIS PRODUCT AND MOST OF ALL THE RESPECT SHOWN TO US DURING THE PRESENTATION. AT THIS TIME WE WILL NOT GO FORWARD WITH REPLACING THE WINDOWS.
