Matt was fantastic and we thought the company was very professional. We did not replace our doors with this company. Our entire house has Andersen Doors and windows it's just about 26 years old, so we believe in the product for sure. The front doors were just a little too pricey at $20,000 our budget was in the $15,000 range. But Renewal by Andersen is a great option if you are considering going with Andersen Doors and Windows!

Everything was very good except when I said something about my credit getting a hard hit he said no it’s not a hard hit. It’s a soft hit, but then when I looked, it was a hard hit. I was very upset because he lied to me. Other than that, the experience was very good

Reginald was very professional and knowledgeable during his presentation of the Andersen Window product. Unfortunately, we have taken a different route with replacing the existing windows and sliding glass doors.
