The window replacement project was done exceptionally and was completed earlier than expected. The four men team was very polite and did the task very efficiently as a team. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a perfectly installed window that will last many years.

Technician that came out was very thorough and knowledgeable. Nice to see the company stood by supporting us to fix the issues we were having and readjust the windows and slider needed to operate correctly. It was a large project with significant investment as we replaced the entire house

no stars. had a fella by the name of Michael Wills (Willis?) come out on May 30 to give an estimate on replacing 4 windows. before he had given any quote information he asked how I'd be paying for the work. told him I'd be discussing the work with my spouse before giving him any payment information, that really seemed to annoy him. I asked for the quotes and he wanted to just give them off-hand, not on paper. I asked him to email them, he was apparently annoyed enough that he didn't feel like emailing me the quotes. a month later renewal calls and asks how the visit went, I tell the woman, she asks if I want to discuss payment information now. lol what is wrong with this company? you don't win friends with pushy sales tactics and poor customer service. read the other poor reviews, you'll see the same pushy BS and sales jerks just give up when folks don't commit to a 30$k project immediately. will gladly give my business to another company. edit: 2 months later and they're still calling smh

Everyone I spoke with at Renewal by Anderson was very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the installers were great! Very professional and respectful-very tidy. They cleaned up everything, it looked great when they were done. I would definitely recommend them if you need to replace your windows.

Just had the nicest technician come out to fix an issue we were having with our locking mechanism. Our door is locking perfectly now. He also explained everything that was being done and why it was being done as he went along. I’m very happy with the service I received.
