Everyone I spoke with at Renewal by Anderson was very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the installers were great! Very professional and respectful-very tidy. They cleaned up everything, it looked great when they were done. I would definitely recommend them if you need to replace your windows.

Just had the nicest technician come out to fix an issue we were having with our locking mechanism. Our door is locking perfectly now. He also explained everything that was being done and why it was being done as he went along. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Overall, I’d give my experience with Renewal by Andersen 3 out of 5 stars. The installation crew generally did a good job, and the doors themselves are beautiful. There were a few issues, though. During the installation, a large planter was moved and left sitting on the lawn. More importantly, the installers never informed me that two parts were missing or that the installation was not actually complete. As far as I knew, everything was finished. Approximately 2–3 weeks later, I was contacted and told that the missing parts still needed to be installed. This means I now have to take another day to be home for them to return and complete the job. I understand that parts can be missing or delayed, but I should have been informed before the crew left. I’ve also spoken with a couple of contractors who felt the price I paid was on the higher side compared with what they would have charged for similar work. I knew Renewal by Andersen was a premium option going into the project, so my expectation was that the service and communication would match the premium price. Overall, the doors look great and the crew did good work, but the communication, incomplete installation, and inconvenience of needing another appointment keep me from rating the experience higher than 3 stars.

Renewal by Anderson came for a screen repair. The installer was so pleasant and very helpful. I’m so happy with our purchase.

The guys were extremely professional, knowledgeable and expert at their task. They installed multiple single windows, a bay window and, after a storm busted a tree that busted one of the brand new windows, a replacement window. They are the goto guys for windows and sliding doors (oh yeah, they did that for us, too!).

Repeat Customer. Had 16 windows replaced this time. Alfredo and his installation team did a fantastic job on the installation. They were all so professional, courteous and friendly. They left the house spotless when finished each day (2 day install). It's so nice to have windows that open and close the way they're supposed to.
