Although the price of our new door was more than I expected to spend, it turns out that the extra cost was well worth the value. The door is beautiful and the installation was done professionally and completely.

Carl was wonderful! He was caulking at the floor level for my 4 sliding glass doors, because there were drafts. Thankfully it hasn't been as cold as it was, but I am hopeful that the caulk job fixed all or most of my draft issues. I am waiting for a windy day to see if like I think there are some side drafts.

Everyone at Renewal by Andersen was very courteous and professional from the initial phone call, to the technician that came to our house, to the follow up call. Would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

The team clearly knew their business and the product. They explained the plastic welding process in a way that made sense and eased my concerns.about the appearance of some of the welded seams. A poorly installed track from the previous installer was reinstalled neatly and with tighter tolerances. I appreciated this team’’s speed and professionalism.

Very good experience with Renew by Andersen. We wanted to change the windows at our house and we ended up picking Renew by Andersen for the job. The product looks really good and it is not the cheapest for a reason. Overall the experience was very good. We had to delay the install because they had a delay in production. The bad weather pushed the work for a good month. We have been lucky to install the windows right before the last snow storm and we could feel the difference in terms of temperature change and sound reduction. Very happy about that and the windows look really nice. We love the fact that we can now easily clean them. The install team was very good: 11 windows in 1 day and they have been careful to meet our needs. Only 2 reasons why the overall experience was not great but just very good is: 1. The sales process uses movies and shows construction methods that I didn’t see done at my place. The videos showed teams using some form of plastic wraps for isolation. At my place I only saw the team using a foam. Not a problem, but not was I was expecting and considering the price, I was expecting something I finally don’t feel I got. 2. The delay caused by Renew by Andersen caused us to have to wait for all the winter storms to end. At the same time I started paying a part of the work immediately, so not the best experience, but it was still very good. I appreciate the option to buy with 2 years 0% although the financial product is not the simplest to understand.
