Spent enough to buy a luxury sedan, kind of expected same experience, couldn't be farther from truth. Showed for first install, went reasonably well but they tried to salvage the 15yr old interior trim by using at least 2 tubes of caulk. For a 5k window i think maybe a couple hundred bux for a new interior trim would b included. Then we tried to install a couple sliders one of which is 12ft. Their trim extruder doesn't make trim that big so have a really ugly seam right in the middle. At least make a piece of moulding or even put a cool logo piece over the seam. Then i was informed they didn't have all the parts, so someone else would come back. He came back, parked where i didn't tell him to and stepped in the dogs mess. I showed him where hose was and after he left found hose nozzle in 3 pieces. Maybe it was frozen or broken, wasn't last time i used but i would definitely tell an owner if i broke something. So this is 3rd try for these very expensive doors...he didn't have all the parts and identified another problem that i wasn't aware of. So coming back on Christmas Eve!!! To try again. I was told over and over these were the best but really all they wanted was a great marks on their self generated surveys. Im going to try and give them back which of course will result in giant holes in my house again that i have to deal with. Another peeve for this money they probably should provide a cheap easy install semi insulated barrier for the holes in the house. I would bet what i spent on this entire project that even a bottom tier window maker wouldn't need to try 5 times and counting and the wife and I could have gone to costa rica for a month. Read my reviews, great companies get great reviews, middle of the road i usually don't bother but bottom of the barrel is always getting the truth. Update they're here for 5th time, going to send someone else for a 6th try. Haven't heard a peep from anyone since i posted this. Still taking my money though

Poor customer service August the windows and French doors replaced screen doors did not come and waited until December screen doors installed all parts did not come awaiting parts. Paying on payment plan with interest???

We really enjoy talking to him and would give him a very high rating. We enjoyed working with him and talking with him and experiencing this together. Tim Buchanan was very professional and courteous. He got right to work. We enjoyed a friendly chat with him while he replaced our torn screen. The finished job is beautiful. He was a pleasure to have in our home.
