Brad was on time for the appointment and quickly went to work taking measurements for our new sliding door. He also gave us additional information about differences between the door we have now and the new sliding door so we would be aware of them before door is installed.

The sales consultant, Alex, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the product benefits and pricing. Our current door gets quite a bit of direct sun, making it in constant need of touch-ups each year. Looking forward to the new door that promises a fade resistant finish. Although the completion and installation time is a bit longer than anticipated and the pricing is higher than expected, it should be a good investment piece for our home.
