Poor customer service August the windows and French doors replaced screen doors did not come and waited until December screen doors installed all parts did not come awaiting parts. Paying on payment plan with interest???

We meet with RJ Oster, and he was very professional very friendly and explained everything about the Windows and how they would be installed and how to finance them and just everything about windows. We really enjoy talking to him and would give him a very high rating. We enjoyed working with him and talking with him and experiencing this together. I’m sure our new windows are going to be excellent. Anderson has a very high rating would always recommend them. Thank you.

Tim Buchanan was very professional and courteous. He got right to work. We enjoyed a friendly chat with him while he replaced our torn screen. The finished job is beautiful. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

Tim came to replace some locks for us and a window screen and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He is professional, courteous, very pleasant to work with. He is quick and efficient in what he does and I hope that if we works need any service again we would get him back. Great job Tim. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and able to explain and demonstrate why the Anderson windows were the best choice. He’s also very upfront about the sticker shock and why the windows are different and worth the price. We haven’t got the windows out in yet so I’ll come back and review the quality and value. ———————- Update: we now have all the windows and 2 exterior doors in. They look and perform fantastic…still expensive but worth the money for both quality of life (no hot or cold rooms), and overall look and lifetime. Spend the money for these products, they’re worth it and the service (from sales to supervisors, install and cleanup) is above any expectation I had.
