The window is high quality, looks fantastic, and has already made a noticeable difference in keeping our home comfortable year-round. The installation team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient throughout the process. While I am sure the installers and products are good, we got an outrageous quote for 4 small windows replacement with the least expensive no upgraded anything for over $12K. Small windows over $3K ea? Really?

We had previously had four windows and one siding door installed and we were happy with the product. So, we recently had more windows and a door installed. The installers were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. We are so happy with our windows and doors that now keep out both cold and heat helping to reduce our energy cost.

Worse place to get doors or window. Waited 6 months to get them and the installers dropped part of the sliding glass door and it had to be replaced. Waited another 2 months to get the replacement. I also had two other doors installed and they both would not stay open. I was told by the service tech this is normal and nothing could be done about it. Another service tech came out to fix the panel on the sliding glass door and he tried to it but it will still not stay open. Then I realized the sliding glass door screen was not installed properly so I called again the service tech never showed to fix it. Their doors and windows are so over priced because they have no competition in my area. I would not recommend them to anyone. They act like their doors and windows are so much better but I have found the same thing at Home Depot or Lowes. When I get the others ones replaced I will order them there and have my son install them. He would do a better job and is more reliable.
