my name is Jerry Seamandel, and my wife and I had 5 windows replaced in the living area of my dad's. The ordering and payment process went great, but when it came to the installation, the installers one named Ethan S. and the other was Xavier I, they were awesome. They arrived around 8:20am on the day of installation, introduced themselves and went right to work. They made sure the inside of the house was covered with plastic to keep the mess localized and the same outside. They worked continuously and had the windows installed and the inside frame work done by early afternoon and it looks great. They came back today and finished the outside work and I am so pleased with the work they have done and very impressed with their work ethics. Definitely would request them again when I have more windows replaced.

Lauren (sp?) was very efficient and friendly! He took the time to explain some of the reasons why our window had taken on some damage and how to prevent it in the future.
