The installers, RRG1, were exceptional. Johger, “Jay”, the crew leader, was very informative, very polite and very knowledgeable. When the work was completed, He took us through the house as well as outside around the house, to inspect and approve the windows and installation. He showed us how to operate all options of opening the windows, and answered all our questions. We are extremely proud of our new windows and appreciate the hard work of the installers, the salesman and customer service. Thank you to Anderson windows for an excellent product and exceptional service, through the whole Process.

The RRG1 team was very professional, prompt, and did quality work. The whole team stayed busy and were not on their phones or standing around. The lead person, Jay, answered all of our questions and provided important information about proper maintenance and care for the new windows. Good job guys!!! I am impressed with the product and the installers.

If I could give you a negative number, I would give them a negative number. I went to a home show and signed up for someone to come out to my house to give me a price on a front entry door with two side lights and a Transom on top I had a 2 o’clock appointment the fella never came out. Got a call an hour or two later won’t know if he can come out at five. I said no I’ll find another Person to give me an estimate. A manager called A couple days later begging me to let someone else come out I said fine Set an appointment for 10:00 AM Patrick came out. Welcome him into my home. He said he was having computer issues asked for my Wi-Fi and password. I said no I had to go to the restroom came back. He was kinda in a hurry to leave computer and arm and handbag in the other, I asking for a card and he was going up to McDonald’s to do the proposal and send it to me via text or email never got it still haven’t got it yet. Call a few days later talk to Ken AndersonSales manager To see what the problem is with the proposal that Patrick was supposed to give me and I didn’t want anyone else Anderson. come to my house Ken stated if I would please Let him come over and give me the estimate I said OK he did not come in my house. Did not want him in my house. I got a proposal very shortly afterwards noticed my $745.00 Trucker GPS was missing. Call Ken back the next day to let him know. Patrick stole my GPS from my bar when I went to the restroom he act like he didn’t care said he will look into it. Talk to Shawn O’Donnell. He was supposed to get back with me and he didn’t. I talked to Blake Burner vice president of sales told him what was going on and what happened And he would get back with me never did got in touch with Peter Adam the President sent him pictures of the box all the serial numbers I can find in the manual and on the box did not have the receipt and he was going to take it to HR. This was 31 Of December and he would get back with me that following Friday, which was the second. I told him let’s shoot for the following week after New Year’s. I’ve left several messages called multiple times left email will not answer either one. This is definitely one company that you do not want in your house or spend your money on Doors and windowsbeware.

The installation team were fabulous. They worked for 10 hours installing 2 double windows, a front door, and sliding French doors. Truly hard working professionals. I would recommend them any time.

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was top notch. We had a front door with sidelights installed. Everything from the sales presentation to the installation was very professional exceeding all our expectations. The installers stayed on task, cleaned the work area and finished the job in a timely manner. The final installed product is a new, high quality, beautiful door that will provide us with better security, improved climate insulation and added beauty.

I love my windows! I originally had 17 70+ year old casement windows with storm windows. They still opened and closed easily and I thought they were fine. However, the windows on the west side of the house had taken a beating from storms over the years and were in dire need of attention. There was more glazing laying on the sill between the window and the storm window that there was around the window panes. So I started shopping and soon realized there was a wide spread between prices and between qualities. I opted for quality so I called Renewal by Andersen with the intention of only replacing the windows on the west side to save money. Tyler Bannerman was my sales consultant. He is a very low keyed, no pressure sales person. His knowledge of the product was very impressive. It is obvious he believes in what he is selling. He also showed me how I could replace all of my windows by combining the 10 side by side into 5 sliding windows. Something that I didn't know was even possible. He didn't stop with selling the job. He showed up throughout the whole process. I really appreciate him. Tyler wasn't the only positive in this experience. The whole team worked to communicate every step from scheduling measurements, ordering the product and scheduling the installation. The installers were excellent!! They had an hour and a half drive each way. They got out of their truck, summed up the project and went to work. They worked exceptionally well together each man tearing out, cleaning up and installing. They were very efficient, did not play loud music and were very professional. They were above and beyond installers I have had experiences with over the years.

The windows are stunning!! The crew RRG 1 and 2 were outstanding and very professional the whole week they were installing all the windows and doors.
