Our design consultant Jim Smith arrived at our scheduled appointment on time. He did a great job asking the right questions to help define what our needs were. We decided on which windows needed to be replaced. Options were given on what types of windows we wanted. (double hung, glider, casings). Options for pricing were given. It was easy to see we made the right decision with Renewal by Anderson. They are definitely better than their competition by far in their quality of windows and making sure the purchasing process is simple and smooth. Let’s face it. Most people do not want to replace windows but we have to. Renewal by Anderson is definitely the way to go.

We recently replaced our windows in our home and used Renewal by Anderson. The service and attention received was top notch.
