This company is great. Just had 23 windows installed. Installers Oscar and Heinz were very courteous and professional.All the way through the installation process they would ask if we had any questions or concerns. Before leaving they walked us through the house to explain how the windows operated. Very nice young men, would give these men an A+ overall rating.

We purchased a beautiful home with lots of beautiful windows. To our chagrin, most needed mechanical repair. Renewal by Anderson of Lexington was awesome. They inspected all our windows which were in excellent condition sans the mechanisms to open or lock. Our repair tech, Brandon meticulously collected all part numbers, measurements as well as when our home was built since the windows were original to the house. He was able to secure every part needed and brought our windows back to their full functionality. He was very polite, quick and answered every question. Great job!

The service tech they sent out, Brandon, was great!! He adjusted our hinges and now our door works perfectly again!! We really appreciate Brandon’s professionalism and skill. We will definitely contact Renewal by Andersen of Lex for all our door and window needs

The windows look great. The installers did a great job and we're very friendly. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone purchasing new windows

Today 5/15/26 I had Brandon from Renewal by Andersen out to work on our patio door. He is the 4th or 5th person to work on it. He came in, assessed the door, and explained what it needed. I used to work in industrial maintenance, so I immediately knew he knew what he was talking about. He got tools from the truck and in a short time had the door operating properly. Brandon was very efficient. He replace a couple of small parts in the handle. If I even need ANYTHING on our Andersen door or windows, i will ask for Brandon to be dispatched. I’m very impressed with him work. If you even need repair on your Andersen doors or windows, call Renewal by Andersen and get Brandon for your service call.
