Caden came to address an issue with our windows. He was very knowledgeable, explained our issue well and took pictures to request replacement of windows we are having issues with. Update: Caden returned today and installed 3 windows he earlier identified as having a flaw. With his help, getting the replacements was simple. He is the kind of employee any company would be glad to have! Thanks, Caden

I won the jackpot for installers of my patio doors! Oscar and Rome were awesome! Very detailed, did beautiful work, told me of some concerns with my house I need to address, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Except I have beautiful doors to show for it. Giving a big shout out to Tariq, Sarah, Brandon, Levi, Oscar and Rome from the Lexington Kentucky office. The process was easy and the product is amazing. My old aluminum windows can't stand up to the beauty and durability of their product. No more drafts or moisture, and the noise reduction is fantastic. They add beauty to my home and I could not be happier.

Had our replacement door readjusted after settling. Caden came to our home twice, once evaluating the problem and later to make the repairs. We were very pleased with the outcome and Caden’s response.

Renewal by Andersen of Lexington it was a real pleasure working with you having a large Andersen window that needed replaced. I want to personally thank Heather and Morgan, and want to compliment Caden and Scott for their excellent work removing the old window and replacing it with the beautiful new window, these two men did excellent work, very professional job, hard workers, worked steady to get the job finished ! Renewal by Andersen is very blessed to have these two fine men working for them ! Thank you everyone for my new window installation !!! I am so pleased !

Initial meeting was super informative. Windows are excellent quality! The noise reduction is truly incredible and I’m eager to see this month’s heating bill. Brandon and Levi took extra care of my home during install and left it spotless. Can’t believe they were able to replace 8 windows in one day!

Justin has come out to help us with some issues that came up with our windows. If you need someone to come out, and want someone very detail oriented and able to problem solve and repair what's going on, hope he is who they send out! He was really professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He provided great customer service and fixed the issues, got things ordered and returned to complete the repair.

This review is on the installer for Renewal by Anderson Lexington KY. Brandon Shake was the installer for our project. He was professional, extremely knowledgable and was definitely looking out for the best interest of the customer. The process of ordering and scheduling installation of the windows was difficult. Andersen did see the project through to the end and we are pleased with the windows. Because of Brandon's professionalism and excellent work we may consider using them again.

All staff that was involved were great from sales to install. Communication was dead on you ask a question to any of the team members you always get the most out of them. The installation crew Nathan and Hyines were great, they take pride in their work and the finished products show. All team members were friendly , professional and great my house as they were working on their own. I would recommend this crew and company. Will be using them again when I am ready to replace windows and a couple more doors. Well worth the money spent (you get what you pay for)
