The sales person was very knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in making this purchase. We bought a new front door and back door because ours were not opening and closing properly. Our new doors work wonderfully. They look great. Good communication throughout the process. I especially liked having someone I could text with questions before and after the install. The installers were very professional. Overall, very pleased

Scott from Anderson window and door, got to our home early. He called on his way to let us know he was coming. He was customer friendly and also got along fantastically with our dogs. He was very professional and paid extra attention to our door and new key lock installation. We purchased our home 5 months ago, and this Anderson patio door did not have any keys. The door handle mechanism showed some wear, so he happily replaced the worn part as well. I was very impressed that he had the parts to resolve my issue without coming back a second time. Scott also adjusted my patio door so that it opened and closed just like new. I have never seen a door hinge before that is fully adjustable, another great feature of an Anderson door. Thank you Scott, and Renewal by Anderson for the awesome experience.

Shout out to Chris and Brian the installers of my new windows . They called before they arrived and was here exactly when they said they would be. It was a cold and rainy day and they worked in it all day. Not a rain drop or mud was brought in the house. They were friendly and worked efficiently. The windows look amazing.
