Find Renewal by Andersen in Louisville, KY

We ordered windows from Anderson Windows. They were remarkable people to work with. The receptionist/scheduler, Larissa is a really nice lady. She made sure the work crew was here when they were scheduled. The salesman was fantastic yo work with. The installation team was punctual and right on time. They were efficient, even to the point of helping me take the drapes and blinds down and putting them back up when they were finished. They cleaned up both inside and out. Opening and closing of both the upper and bottom windows was explained thoroughly. I forgot one of the windows on my initial order. I had to call for one window. They didn’t hesitate one minute to make it and bring it for installation. So if you have one window or 15 that you need to replace, I would recommend Anderson Windows to anyone. I would buy from them again without hesitating.

Two of the nicest guys installed our new bay windows yesterday. Carlos and Christian were so polite and professional. They made a hard job look easy! The windows fit right in, colors matched perfectly so the salesman was great at his job too! They cleaned everything up, even removed and reinstalled the blinds! The new windows have really improved since we got our first ones, 40 years ago! Now I have no excuse for dirty windows! They’ve come a long way! Need new windows? Do it!

Our experience with the door installation was great. We were going from a regular patio door to a sliding door and it couldn’t have gone better; the team showed up on time (early actually!) and got right to work. We were most impressed by the attention to detail with the new trim work. Looks great! They also provided advice on water damage that was found behind the old door. Our experience, from sale to installation, was five star. There are surely cheaper options than Anderson, but you’re not cheap are you?

Our new doors have leaked since they were installed in 2023 by Renewal by Andersen. They have sent a technician at least 4 times since the installation to try and fix the leak. When it rains, water continues to run into our house. We greatly regret purchasing our doors from Renewal by Andersen. Update: After waiting three years with a door that leaked, Renewal by Andersen finally installed a new door which unfortunately is already having issues. The trim piece has separated from the door after just two months.

Would definitely recommend RbA to anyone needing new windows or doors. Windows arrived earlier than expected, install crew was exceptional and the results look great.

We had wonderful install team Josh B, Jeremy, and Daniel! They did a professional job start to finish on our new windows! They worked in the heat throughout the day to give our house a new look! We really appreciate how they were efficient and professional in every aspect of our project. They did quality work and an excellent finished product. Thanks so much.

Update August 12, 2026 - it has been less than six months since I left the review below (used to be five stars). I could not be more wrong about this company. Everything looked amazing... on the surface. Then a couple of weeks ago I noticed a separation between the trim and the drywall around the window in my home office. I looked at it closer and realized that they caulked the trim only on the sides, the visible parts... then I checked the rest of the windows, same issue, no caulk on the top or bottom of the trims. In fact, the bottom trim in my home office and a couple of other windows were bowed; they did not even nail them properly. I immediately emailed Scott and told him that the installers only caulked the visible parts (the sides) of the windows and that when I checked the top of the master bathroom window, I could feel humid air coming through. He asked Heather to schedule a service tech. Heather scheduled Brandon for a couple of hours to caulk the trims, but she completely ignored my concern about a possible air pocket above the bathroom window. Because the bottom trim in my office was bowed, it had to be removed and set in place properly. BIG SURPRISE: there was MOLD on the drywall under the trim. I cleaned it up with Clorox wipes, he nailed the trim back in place and caulked it. He then inspected the lintels outside that window and concluded that the tiny separation between the metal and the brick must be the culprit. The lintels were never an issue in the past, and we had no mold at the time we replaced the windows. If that tiny separation was the issue, then they must have damaged it during the removal. Yet, they refused to caulk and seal the tiny separation between the lintel and the brick, we had to hire someone else. Today, they were supposed to check under the trims of the other windows. I completely cleared my schedule so that I can be home. Caden was apparently sent to fix the botched kickplate and to caulk "the" window in my home office - all she cared about was to "clean the mold" and caulk that trim, which was already done. She completely ignored my request to check under the trim of the rest of the windows. She said that she would have to schedule another appointment... that's how they do it- gaslighting you with meaningless appointments. So, now we have to contact the corporate office, hoping they send a more competent installer to check for air pockets and for mold. They will likely have to remove the old foam around the bathroom window and re-insulate it properly. If they don't help, we'll need to consider other options. ____ORIGINAL REVIEW The Louisville, KY home is the second time we are replacing our windows with Renewal by Andersen. We are very happy with the windows and with the front doors, the product quality is why we returned to the company. But, I have to say that the customer service experience (thank you Allie and Scott!) was infinitely better with the folks in Louisville, KY. They went above and beyond our expectations to communicate with us throughout the process, to accommodate schedule for the installation, to ensure that our experience is not only painless, but wonderful. The installers (thank you Chase and Josh!) were competent, thorough, and friendly. We have already recommended them to our neighbors, and we'll definitely reach out if we ever need quality windows and/or doors.
