Highly professional installation job by Oscar & Rome. These two technicians were meticulous in their work, left their work area as clean as they found it! Wish more services operated like Renewal by Anderson.

Scott Moore, our salesman, straight up lied to us on installation telling us it would be October. It's the middle of January now and they came last week and installed a few windows and a door. Never returned. The job is less than half installed and all my calls go unanswered. Anderson ghosted me. Allie says it's not her job anymore, call someone else. I have left four messages today and have been ignored. Who treats customers like this?

Lucas and Trey did a very Excellent job installing our new Doors. They are very professional,kind and respectful. We love our new Doors they are Beautiful.

The whole process from initial visit, onsite visit with salesperson, measuring and install was done with courtesy and professionalism. The install team of Chris and Brian was amazing. They were on time, stayed on site from beginning to end, were extremely aware that this was our home and made every effort to make sure the interior and exterior were left the way they found it. We believe they left it better than they found it. Although they used shoe covers, they even went around with a Swiffer mop at the end to make sure the wood floors were not spotted. Great job by the whole team. We highly recommend the product and local team.

My initial review accidentally sent under Indiana location instead of Louisville …. Installers Oscar & Rome did a great job. Windows look great! They came from Lexington to Louisville on a Saturday to get job done as promised before Christmas! They had a very long work day, finishing well after dark. Everyone I dealt with from Renewal by Anderson was super nice & helpful. Vadim (sales) Sarah (office staff) and installers (Oscar & Rome) were all terrific! I am very pleased with whole experience!

This fall, 2025, I replaced 14 windows in my condo using Renewal by Andersen. The initial contact with Tim Helfrish was informative and he was particularly open to followup calls. I was confident the process would be seamless. It was. The total install took 1.5 days; the install crew, especially Carlos and Christian were meticulous about the installation and the clean-up. I whole-heartedly recommend Renewal by Andersen.
