Window & Door Replacement in Southern Indiana

Jon and Zeke did an excellent job. On time, professional, answering all my questions, hard workers and great teamwork. Cleaned up all work and washed my new windows before they left!

Inquired about pricing once, then delayed the project. Despite repeatedly telling agents I wasn’t ready and would contact them when I was, they called my phone relentlessly every day for 9 months. I will now never use this business. Spamming a potential customer while ignoring clear feedback is unacceptable. This overly aggressive approach makes me assume their work is shoddy—otherwise they wouldn’t need to alienate potential clients with this scammy behavior.

Great service and product from start to finish. Replacement of large sliding glass door in a walk out basement. Javier and his crew were most courteous , took time to demonstrate and explained completely the product.

Extremely pleased with the quality door and terrific installation service by Javier and his team. They were prompt, polite, close attention to detail, and left the everything neat and clean.

Vlad and Mark were my installers, they were very considerate of our concerns about cleanliness, they covered all the furniture in the working area, placed tarps on the floor and outside to catch the debris from the project, after removing the old windows they vacuumed all around the window opening removing any dust or dirt before placing the replacement windows in the opening. After the installation they did the trim work on both inside and outside, using caulking before placing trim. I was fortunate to have Mark as he was a trained and experienced trim carpenter before becoming a trained Renew by Anderson technician, Vlad did my exterior trim on the windows he did exceptional work, I watched him measure and fabricate the exterior trim, he was very professional and particular on how it fitted around the windows, he made intricate trimmings to get the trim to look right and nice. Both Mark and Vlad put a nice bead of caulk around all the trim. They placed a small tarp at the entrance door to catch any debris that may have been on their shoes, also put on the blue booties to cover their shoes. When the install was completed they removed all debris and even dusted off the window ledges. Vlad showed me how to install and remove the screens, how to open, close and open the windows to clean from inside our home. He went to each window to check with us to make sure they were worked properly although Mark had shown me some of the things when I happen to be in the area when he was working on the inside. These two individuals are like watching two well taught dancers. They moved like clockwork, each one seem to know what the other one was doing and it all came together so smoothly. Vald and Mark were very professional, considerate, polite, well groomed and respectful when answering our questions about the installation and the windows. These two are truly amazing and Renewal by Anderson should be very proud to have them on their Team. Thank you both Vald and Mark

Installers were on time coertious, cleaned up everything. They were fast and we love the new replacement windows Javier was great and explained things to us. We would recommend this company to anyone. Price was very reasonable. Windows look great.

We are more than satisfied with our experience with Renewal By Anderson! The sales guy Justin did great walking us through the options and helping us choose our new windows. Jon and Zeke did a great job with installation. They were on time and worked quickly - getting everything done and cleaned up in a timely manner. I was very impressed with how clean they left everything! And they all around nice guys! The quality of our new windows is great! You can literally feel the difference when opening them.
