Oscar and Rome replaced 12 windows in my home in a day and a half. They were very professional and efficient. They removed all the old windows and cleaned up all the waste. I can’t recommend Renewal by Andersen and these 2 awesome installers enough.

Good Product BUT, service and customer care is HORRIBLE. Skip this one if you have a viable alternative. We placed an order in for new windows in November of 2025. We were told we would have an install done by February 2026 and put a $16K deposit down. And NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK until February 12th 2026 when WE called them. Now we're told it will be late March or early April 2026 before we can expect an install. Andersen has our money, and isn't communicating or following-up with us. Not answering our e-mail inquiries or phone calls. CAVEAT EMPTOR. When one spends TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS as a customer, one should NOT be treated with contempt, avoidance, and neglect. Now our family is wondering "What in the heck did we get ourselves into..." We can't even cancel this order without severe penalty. Andersen thinks "We got your money, we'll do what we ant to you from here.." Consider this company VERY carefully! What a nightmare.

I had 10 windows that needed replacing. I'm so glad I chose Renewal by Anderson. Everyone from Design Specialist Chris, to installers Joshua and Chase were great. There were problems, as can happen, but everybody worked hard to get exactly what I ordered and installed. Thanks to all.

Installers Oscar & Rome were terrific! They had a very long day & finished well after dark! They did a great job & everything looks great. The new Anderson windows are keeping out the cold which old ones didn’t … indoor temperature now steady & I’m expecting lower heating bills ! Vadim (sales) & Sarah (office staff) both were super nice & very helpful. Sarah worked hard to get my job rescheduled as was cancelled once for severe weather then for installer illness. Oscar & Rome came from Lexington to Louisville to get job done before Christmas as promised. Can’t say enough good things about them all - I’m very happy with my experience with Renewal by Anderson !

Oscar, Rome and Nate were here all day replacing a set of French doors and three other doors. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up absolutely everything. This was a great experience! I love my new doors and wish I had done this years ago.

I am thrilled with my new windows ! The entire experience was fantastic! Great team to work with . Joshua and Chase were amazing ! They were so professional and accommodating to our family . My husband has numerous health issues and they were so careful around him going above and beyond to protect him from germs . Can’t tell you how happy we were. Joshua and Chase worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect before they left ! Thank you so much for going above and beyond my expectations!

Scott was the technician! He is very personable and knowledgeable about the inner workings of the casement windows. Together with what I told him about the reoccurring problem and taking the time to troubleshoot, I think the problem is solved. I will be surprised if it happens again. I chose “great price” because it is still free. It was less than a year that I bought and you installed the windows. This is the 2nd time a technician has come for the same problem.
