My wife and I could not be more pleased with our window replacements nor with the crew who did the work. On an absolutely terrible day weather-wise (it rained—at times poured—almost the entire day), the men never missed a beat. They were able to do the work efficiently, neatly, and professionally. Their appearance and demeanor were first rate. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Wow I am impressed by these men working on my windows! So polite and respectful of my property! They were quick, but did such a great job! They were very proud of their work and were eager to show me their work! I had lots of windows too! It really makes you feel confident when the workers take such pride it their job. I felt comfortable letting them roam my home at times you hire people and they send in shady looking people. These were professional and you could tell it! We were already sold on the Anderson brand as I believe they are the best window quality you can buy but now I am also sold on the quality of installers too!

Every step of the process has worked out just like it was explained, Chris Geiger helped pick the perfect windows based on my needs, Nikki was great with coordinating the project every step, Josh and Richard do quality work with the installation and explained exactly how the project would go... and it did. Phase 1 just wrapped and I am already trying to figure out how to get into phase 2 sooner!

We love the new windows! The composite vinyl construction is much sturdier than the other vinyl windows we looked at and much better than the aluminum flashed wood in the original house. This was no small job, 20 casement and special windows. Jon and his crew did an excellent job installing the windows. They were knowledgable, accurate and neat and finished on time.

This was the easiest, least invasive window replacement I’ve ever had. Lucas, Trey and Aaron went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They had 4 days worth of work and finished in 2 1/2. My windows are lovely. I can’t say enough great things!

Oscar and Rome replaced 12 windows in my home in a day and a half. They were very professional and efficient. They removed all the old windows and cleaned up all the waste. I can’t recommend Renewal by Andersen and these 2 awesome installers enough.

Good Product BUT, service and customer care is HORRIBLE. Skip this one if you have a viable alternative. We placed an order in for new windows in November of 2025. We were told we would have an install done by February 2026 and put a $16K deposit down. And NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK until February 12th 2026 when WE called them. Now we're told it will be late March or early April 2026 before we can expect an install. Andersen has our money, and isn't communicating or following-up with us. Not answering our e-mail inquiries or phone calls. CAVEAT EMPTOR. When one spends TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS as a customer, one should NOT be treated with contempt, avoidance, and neglect. Now our family is wondering "What in the heck did we get ourselves into..." We can't even cancel this order without severe penalty. Andersen thinks "We got your money, we'll do what we ant to you from here.." Consider this company VERY carefully! What a nightmare.
