Just awful. Have been trying for days to get a service call scheduled for a window under warranty. No luck. No return phone calls. Call no one answers the phone. Awful customer service just beyond awful

We had an issue with a door we purchased through Renewal by Andersen of Long Island. When I raised it, the general manager/owner personally came to my house to resolve it — no runaround, no excuses. That level of hands-on accountability from ownership is rare. He’s a straight shooter and a genuinely good guy, and it shows in how the business is run. Highly recommend this company.

George and William were so responsible and knowledgeable and took care of a small issue that they replaced and now screen is working beautifully. It’s an excellent product! A+ for them🥰
