I am unhappy with their customer service. Perhaps part of what they spend on advertising would be better served in keeping a customer satisfied. Very expensive. Spend your money elsewhere

We recently had a very expensive front door installed.We are happy with the door and installation. Unfortunately we are unhappy with the outside hardware that was installed. Renewal by Andersen wants to charge us $1200 more to replace standard hardware in a different color. So much for customer service. Stay away. Perhaps the money they spend on advertising would be better spent on satisfying their customers. Based on our experience, get your door somewhere else and don’t spend a fortune with them. Just told a neighbor who loved our door to go somewhere else.
