Josh did a fabulous job with our sash replacement, he had been at our house 2 times for service on this sash, always professional and very knowledgeable and friendly! He explains everything and makes sure you know what he has done to fix the problem!

We live in an older house and have moisture issues. We had 7 windows replaced. I was amazed how everything came together. There were a few issues that the carpenter alerted me to but his suggestion was perfect. Every window looks better than it did. Now I feel confident that the windows are going to help in bringing down our heating bill and keeping out some of the noise from traffic. I would love to thank the whole team for a great job. I am not used to this much attention to detail and ability to keep the customer happy. Keep up the great job!

Thank you Josh for your excellent service. I had a French Door put into my home in August. The lock started getting tough to turn so I called Renewal by Andersen. The office set up a date and time for the door to be serviced. Josh stopped by and found the problem. I learned that each door hinge has its own separate adjustment in order to carry the heavy loan. One hinge needed adjusting and the door was operating just like the day it was installed. Josh didn’t stop there. He covered all the moving parts to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Before he left he went over again how to care for and operate the new door. I learned a lot. I could tell by the time he spent with me he does enjoy his job. Thanks Josh
