Right from the beginning, the consultation, demonstration of the windows, and numerous questions from me I was sold. The financing options were excellent and I happily found the right one for me and my household. I am absolutely thrilled with the appearance inside and out! What a difference! And on this cold wet day I haven't heard the furnace running constantly to keep my home warm. Thank you so much!

The windows are a little pricey; however, the instillation was within two weeks of purchase. The workmen were great. They covered areas so they did not damage flooring. When done, they cleaned the windows and areas around the windows. They demonstrated how to use the locks and hardware necessary to pull the windows for cleaning. As with any purchase, time will tell if my purchase is worth the price.
