Awful customer service. I paid 50k to have my windows and doors replaced. not even 3 years later the windows are rusted out. The main door glass does not match and was ordered wrong. They have not replaced the door. There is no service or warranty work. If they do not get the install right the first time, they just keep your money and never fix or uphold their warranty. Do not purchase or use Renewal by Andersen. I have regretted this decision years on end and now have rusty windows and no warranty or service. Does anybody work here besides the contractors you hire? yea thats right! the installers are not renewal by andersen employees. Just local home depot guys that arent busy the day of your install. Update - renewal by Andersen has been out to my home 3x since this post started. They have yet to fix a single issue.

Parker was here to replace the lock on my sliding patio door, do minor repair on a bedroom window and reminded me how to open/close my new windows for cleaning. Parker is so friendly, knowledgeable and always makes sure he has answered any questions. I will ask for him again if the need arises. He’s great.

I had a great experience. All of the process was very well documented with an online portal and emails and was easy to contact the support team. I ended up having a work conflict with the initial install date and they bumped it a week forward with no issues. Install day arrived and full team arrived on time and replaced two large windows in a few hours. They kept the work area clean and were receptive to my ladder placement concerns. I ended up being MORE THAN HAPPY with the finished replacement casement and picture windows. They looked better than I had expected (and I knew they were going to look nice!.)

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Once on a whim I entered a raffle and have received nonstop communication from RBA despite asking at least 6 times to be left alone. SHADY business practices, coercive and forceful. You do business with them, you'll hear from them nonstop for the rest of your life. They lied to me and told me I could have the USPS quit sending me mail and USPS told me that was "a cop out" and they are unable to stop services. So ANOTHER reason not to do business with them: they're LIARS

Thank you to the team and crew from renewal by Anderson Windows . They showed up very early and had 15 windows replaced installed fixed wood rot and double checked to make sure no seals were broken and all windows were installed correctly by 11:30 AM. They were very professional and picked up all trash and made sure no nails or anything else was left in the yard and also hold it all away.
