Today, John and Terry came to our home in Lee’s Summit to look over the many windows that were installed by Renewal by Andersen. We have several generations of windows across three floors, and we didn’t have any information about them. They went room by room, checked every window, and explained how each one works. They showed us how to open, close, clean, and maintain them, and made sure we understood the differences between each style. These gentlemen were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They made my husband Steve and me feel truly cared for—like part of the Renewal by Andersen family. If you’re considering Renewal by Andersen, I can say with confidence that they stand behind their products long after installation. Their customer care is exceptional. The installers did a wonderful job. They cleaned the area when done and were very focused, profession and friendly. We couldn't be happier with our new front and storm doors. They're perfect and exactly what we wanted.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Once on a whim I entered a raffle and have received nonstop communication from RBA despite asking at least 6 times to be left alone. SHADY business practices, coercive and forceful. You do business with them, you'll hear from them nonstop for the rest of your life. They lied to me and told me I could have the USPS quit sending me mail and USPS told me that was "a cop out" and they are unable to stop services. So ANOTHER reason not to do business with them: they're LIARS EDIT: Despite them saying they have removed me, I have received three mailers and a phone call in the last 4 weeks. MORE LIES

This is the best company I have ever had performing work related services. Their product, our doors (five of them), are beautiful and work so efficiently.
