Renewal By Anderson achieved expectations- from our great salesman/details guy Tim who explained all things windows , to our office coordinators, to Nelson and the amazing install team(best around). The work area was always kept immaculate during installation. Michael our final walk-through team member reviewed all the details that we may have missed/forgot about including care /maintenance and warranty of our beautiful windows. We definitely appreciated those details.

We’ve been living in our home for 6 years and since we moved in, my wife has made subtle hints about replacing the builder grade windows which were original to the 20 year old house. Some wouldn’t open, some needed a paint stick to be held open, some had moisture between the glass panels and all of them let the cold in during the winter and the heat in the summer with a subtle breeze you could feel when sat quietly by a window. So we contacted a few companies in the area and settled on Renewal by Anderson. Shawn Cunniff came out and gave a thorough presentation. We discussed the pros and cons of starting a project this size (15 windows and sliding glass patio door) and the point that hit home with me was the prospect of saving on my electric bill. If you live anywhere that JEA provides your utilities, you know the price just keeps going up. The reviews and reputation of RBA along with the presentation was enough for me to commit to this project. It’s too early to say I’ve noticed a great difference but I have noticed less outside noise from the geese, ducks, and cars passing by. I don’t feel the breeze while sitting in my usual spot near the window. Now I’m going to look forward to see if my air conditioner works as hard to maintain the temperature in the house or hopefully a little easier. Hope my electric bill drops….at least so I can notice the benefit of replacing the windows. Installation took two days…about 18 hours for the number of windows we replaced. Mario and his crew were professional and efficient and the workmanship of the installation shows the pride they take in delivering a final product. I am very happy with the results.

Excellent quality windows and everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous. During install, a pre existing issue with the home was found and one of the windows could not be installed. They helped me find a contractor that could fix the issue so the last window could be installed. Great product and great people. Thank you!

Renewal By Andersen did a great job on our replacement windows. All 9 windows were installed perfectly and are in good working order. The team was top-notch and the windows are just beautiful. You can tell the difference just looking at them that their quality exceeds any other windows on the market. I would highly recommend RbA for replacement windows! The team led by Abe was tidy, polite, informative, and hard working. The experience manager, Chris Littleton was on top of every little detail.

Worker's were professional and polite. Prepared by covering the floors and the furniture then worked steadily until done and cleaned up after nicely.
