I am happy with the process: the sales person, the phone calls with updates for installation, the installers, the installation and the visit by Michael Hibberts to inspect the installation, to answer our questions and make sure my husband and I were pleased with the installation process.

This company has completely surprised us. From the moment we set up the contract to installation. They kept us informed. On the date of installation the crew was all professional. Im extremely happy with these windows.

Prior to March 2026, this company was flawless with my 7 window installations. Two of the three windows installed in March 2026 had the identical scratch in the same exact location. It is near impossible for anyone to do this accidentally and looks indicative of a problem during the manufacturing, transportation, or install process due to a misapplied tool or strap. RBA addressed by repairing the scratch but it dried like a glob of nail polish. Its not the fault of the technician who did the repair. The window should have been removed and repaired correctly. I believe this is unacceptable for a $10k purchase. In addition, there is a noticeable decline in service between 2019 and now. Hire a contractor to install Andersen windows instead of going with RBA. Had I known, I would have done so and probably saved some money.
