The representative examined my damaged door, and listened while I explained what happened and while I stated that I probably needed a new door, frame and all. The representative agreed, showed me samples of screen and storm doors, paid attention to my comments, typed my demographics into his laptop, did a credit check, provided me with an estimate, included a supervisor in the finalization of the order, measured for the prospective door, and helped me get the front door secured so that it would be locked until the time came for the installation of the new door. He did a top-notch job.

Just had a great meeting with Buddy. He was prompt and well prepared. I was fully updated on the agreement I made with Tad a few days ago. Buddy was very thorough in his reviewing of my order and answered all my questions. He and Cory measured all the window openings and confirmed my choices. He was clear about the process moving forward and I look forward to the call from Meredith to set up an installation date.
