John Kearns came to measure for a large window replacement job. He was extremely thorough and explained the process well. He made a few suggestions that I hadn't previously considered and explained everything well. Excellent and very friendly and polite interaction. Thank you.

Bruce, we’re beaming with joy! Thanks for the stellar rating!
John Kearns spent time to accurately measure my window openings. In doing so he discovered that one large window with casements on both sides of a single pane of glass would have closed hinges, meaning I could not clean them from the inside. This was a game changer since the window is on a second level. After considering options, I decided to skip the central pane, and have just two casement windows with the opening so I can wash them from the inside. The bonus was that I saved some money.

Leslie, thanks so much for sharing this! We're glad to hear that John did a great job measuring for your project, and delighted the new plan worked out and even saved you a bit!
