I just wish they would stop calling me. I had a sales rep come out and give me a quote he said $60k to replace my windows and I said no thanks and that was about a month ago and they haven’t quit calling me trying to get some manager out to my house again to sell me the same expensive windows. Like hey it’s 2026 everybody’s broke I know your company is suffering from inflation and probably labor shortage and needs money but if you want my money so bad that’s not how to get it lol.

We need a new patio door. I called renewal by Anderson and got a same day appointment with the absolute “Best” design consultant Jose’. He was wonderful and a great representative for your company . I highly recommend him if you live in the Indianapolis area!!

HIGHWAY ROBBERY !!!! Renewal by Anderson quoted $46,673.00 to replace three (3) exterior doors. These were simple insulated exterior doors not made of gold. We were not born yesterday. Does Renewal by Anderson really think people are stupid enough to pay that amount? They did offer $12,000.00 off if we signed a contract today or $5,000.00 off if we signed this month. Otherwise, $46,673.00.

Really wanted to make sure to give a full 5-star rating to both Tim and Ryan - two of the most kind, courteous, experienced, and confidence-inspiring guys you could ask for when getting the final detailed precise measurements for a big full-house window replacement job like this. First off, the “process” is solid and very necessary. It would be a lot to expect the sales guy to nail every precise detail on the first appointment - while also offering a variety of options and going through the sales and demonstration process at the same time…so it is brilliant to have two very focused, very detailed measurement guys come out at stage 2 of the process to make absolutely certain that all windows were properly identified and accounted for, measured correctly, and compliant with a variety of industry standards that have to be maintained. Tim and Ryan were exactly that - experts in their roles - and they represented Renewal by Anderson with a level of professionalism that was simply excellent. Thank you to Tim and Ryan for their detailed efforts to get everything right at this stage of the process - rather than leaving gaps to be disclosed later on. Well done, guys.
