Update: The company reached out and has clarified the issue and resolved it appropriately. We are genuinely thankful for the quick response and insight. I am going to delete this review but leaving the update first, as sometimes these reviews continue to show on other websites even after being deleted. Thank you! They keep sending salesman to our area despite no soliciting signs and multiple neighbors asking them to stop coming. One salesman who claims to be with them was asking weird questions about children in the neighborhood and lingering near kids playing. The police are aware and we have been told to call them when this “salesman” shows up. I have tried to get in touch with someone higher up in this company to figure out if this is actually one of their salesmen or not. Calling today got me nowhere, so I am leaving this review in hopes that we can establish if this is them or not. If this is one of your salesman he really needs to stop coming as we have asked multiple times and he is scaring people. If this is not one of your salesmen we would appreciate you clarifying that. Thank you.

Ryan came in and was quick and efficient. He measured all doors and windows any questions I had he answered.

Super excited to get my windows and doors replaced! It was an absolute TREAT to work with Jason (he's the best) and then the measuring fella, Cory too. I got some great deals and am set up to have everything replaced in phases. Let's Ggooooooooo!

Jim Franklin and Gary Bryant both provided excellent service. Jim was very understanding and patient during our appointment, especially since I was also dealing with an unexpected sewer emergency at the same time. Having both situations happening at once was stressful, and I really appreciated how flexible, courteous, and understanding he was throughout everything. Gary did a great job explaining the installation process in detail. He took the time to go over what was being done, answered my questions, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Both Jim and Gary were professional, on time, respectful, and very courteous. I also greatly appreciated the respect and consideration they showed regarding my military service. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate how well they handled everything.
