Anyone who does door to door solicitation to drum up business has the wrong perspective. It's disrespectful to knock on doors. Today we have many different ways to reach a potential customer. Knocking on doors is intrusive and aggressive which to me means you would not have the kind of business relationship I would want when hiring anyone to provide a service. I would never hire you. UPDATE MY NEOGHBORHOOD IS ALREADY A NO SOLICITATION AREA. IT HAS SIGNS POSTED YET YOUR PEOPLE IGNORED THEM. YOUR RESPONSE BELOW IS A LIE, WE DONT WANT DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN HERE AND IS WHY THE SIGN IS POSTED

Measuring of the windows was efficient use of time, the gentleman that measured was polite, professional, & explained current & future appointment for install thoroughly. He outlined the timeline going forward after measurements completed.

From the start, the entire team was very professional. Salesman (Kip) sitting down with my wife and I explaining the history of the company, showing us the product as well as walking us through the order process. Ladonna, keeping us informed as to the order when it would arrive at the local transition point to the delivery for installation. The installers (Jerrico and his partner) walking us through the installation and letting us know that once our double hung windows came in that someone would be out to replace the casements. The Operations Manager (Chris) working through a hiccup on our order. Top notch quality and customer service
