Very disappointing experience with Andersen Windows. I called to get information about replacing my mother’s windows and explained that I wanted to pay for them as a gift. The representative told me I couldn’t pay because I wasn’t the homeowner and repeatedly pushed financing, even after I clearly said I wanted to pay in full. When I declined financing, she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I love the quality of the material used first and foremost. I was going to go with Window World because of the cost but didn't like the vinyl material. You get what you pay for !!

Great product. Install was smooth but they had to come back for some cleanup. Overall very good.
