Needed a replacement window put in and Tommy was very punctual (in fact, early) for the appointment and was also very professional in his work. He also answered a couple other questions I had. Very impressed with the work and the quality.

Tommy was the very nicest person. (I told him I could tell by his voice on the phone !). He was even patient with our dog! (who refuses to be excluded!). He arrived promptly, solved the problems quickly, and answered all questions. It was a very useful follow-up, since the installation.

Would give 5 stars if the review was only for the installation team. They were courteous and professional. The house and grounds were left very clean when they were done. As far as the sales process, it was not a good experience. Salesperson and project manager did not return emails and there were issues trying to get the correct order documented in the change order that delayed installation by over a month. Overall, great product and installation overrides the poor sales experience, so would still recommend.

Daniil Serman’s installation was amazing! So meticulous. When a door presented a challenge, he built a custom threshold (tongue and groove) on site! He also trimmed the doors to make allowance for electric wiring, so my husband won’t have issues with the interior trim. The metal work is a thing of beauty, and they were so careful and clean. While the doors seemed pricey at purchase, they are beautiful, and the perfect installation made the price worthwhile. ❤️
