After 3 service appointment's with other techs Tommy finally figured out the issue with our door. He did a great job but now we have to have a portion of the sliding door replaced.

Filled out all their online forms and requested a quote. Got a call with 10 seconds... only to find out that they aren't interested in replacing 3 windows for me. All the questions they ask you online, while mining your personal information... could have been avoided, had they put a "3 window minimum" requirement Thanks for wasting my time

Frankly, I expected a high-pressure approach and did not experience that at all with Lance. Visits were lengthy, but he got to know us and our vision for our home, and then offered suggestions we would not have even imagined. The install team of Vadim and Mike were professional, committed and very kind. And when we had need for some support after the install, TJ and Andrew were very professional and made sure we were satisfied with their work. All of the installers and techs left our home in better shape than they found it. And the new windows and doors (the purpose of the whole thing) are perfect - they’ve definitely changed the appearance of the house, but also made it much more comfortable inside.
