They keep calling me when I keep asking them not to. Entered a drawing for the Timber Rattlers (sponsored by RBA) and even though I told them the first time I don't have a project and was only entering the drawing, they called again. I understand I entered, but their call center needs to pay attention to call history notes because now even if I have a project in the future I will not be using this company due to their lack of basic respect.

From the beginning of the project, when we received our quote, the service was wonderful and informative. The installers were professional and respectful. They did our whole job in two days, including a new patio door, front door, and 8 windows.
