I definitely want to thank my team. Courtesy, from top to bottom. My design consultant was up front about what takes place for install. Sue coordinator of my project was amazing. Kept me in the loop. Then my installers were very polite and explained the process. These guys were very professional and hard workers. Special thanks to Asher, Josh and Drew. I love the New Bay window and a 20 yr warranty. So anybody thinking about new windows talk to. Renewal by Anderson.

My front window and front door were replaced and they did a fantastic job! Love how they look! Blue door… beautiful 😁 Dec 31: UPDATE! The door is LEAKING a LOT of air on the sides and UNDER it and after 2 visits 2 weeks apart they are coming January 30 to pull out the door, reinstall and make sure it is "square" this time and at that time also find out why air is coming in under the door. NOT happy at all. I will let you know how that turns out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company behaved unprofessionally and aggressively. They never clearly explained the starting price to my 82-year-old grandfather. When a higher amount was later claimed and he challenged the inconsistency, he called the representative a liar out of frustration. In response, the representative threatened to sue him over the phone. Threatening legal action against an elderly customer instead of calmly explaining pricing is unacceptable. This experience felt dishonest and intimidating. I strongly advise others, especially seniors, to be cautious or go elsewhere for your business.

The salesman Dwayne H explained everything about the windows and brought in a demo to show us what it looks like. We had a great crew to work on the windows and patio door,Harley H,Nick M,Justin S,Connor B. Very polite, cared about doing there job good. When they were done for the day clean up was great not a mess. They laid down cloth to protect the carpeting and on the furniture. They always asked if we had questions. I would give a them a 10 stars.

The windows look great. The installers are very friendly and the windows came in way before the projected of January.
