High pressure sales and high prices. Also, they charged the financing despite us cancelling the "quote" before the three days was up. We were told the financing was a pre-approval. We were also told that nothing would be charged until the installation was set up. Well, the bank they use for financing shows that Renewal charged a down payment of almost $10,000 right away. We are currently in the process of fighting these charges. Total scam tactics.

Looking to replace one window and I reached out for a quote and was told it was not worth their time to come out for a consultation. I will take my business elsewhere as they told me over the phone

My new windows are great. The windows are so clear that it looks like they forgot to put the glass in. Wonderful employees. The installers were very respectful, polite and professional. They did a great job of cleaning everything up when they were done.

This was our second time using Renewal by Andersen, and once again we had a great experience. The installation team was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in their craft. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we are extremely happy with the results. We would definitely recommend them!

We had 10 windows installed on 5/28 and 5/29 .We had the nicest young men do the install. Shout out to Ethan and Kain they did an awesome job. If we decide to do our patio door in the future we will request them. We love our new windows.

Complete home window replacement, patio doors, entry door and storm The crews went out of their way to make sure the quality of work was excellent. Superior work done by every crew member that came to our house! They even took time to take down an American flag that had gotten tangled during some winter storms, purchased for us and raised a new flag and properly disposed of the damaged flag. This was a large and somewhat expensive project and we took time to make the decision to move forward. I have not once 2nd guess our decision because the level of work, communication and care that went into this project was well beyond our expectations.
