The full service aspect of RbA was perfectly executed. The passing of the project from sales to project management to install was seamless and I was kept in the loop in every phase. The additional dedicated concierge was a nice touch as well. The windows themselves are beautiful and I know with the Fibrex offering they will be durable as well. The final installation was excellent as Adrian and his crew communicated their plans with me each day as well as going back to re-work a couple windows that didn’t fit my eye just right. It was also great to see project manager Brian, who checked in to ensure everything was done according to what we had discussed in our initial visit. 10/10, 5 stars, or whatever scale you would like to use this team delivered flawlessly.

Renewal by Andersen exceeded all expectations. I had new windows installed throughout the house and a new patio door. The windows and door are high quality. The team at Andersen was great and so easy to work with. The real stars though are the installers. Vitalie, Mihail, and Nick did an amazing job. Detail oriented, quality output, polite, friendly. I was actually a bit nervous about who would be performing the install as I didn’t want someone to just rush to get the job done trying to get paid. I am very picky and can be demanding. However the team I had absolutely knocked this out of the park.

Mike and Jeff were amazing! On time, hard workers and super clean! They left no debris behind and showed us all the new features. 1 million stars!!

The install team was awesome. They did a great job and cleaned everything up after they were done. They not only vacuumed everything but they mopped all the bare floors too. The windows are beautiful and work so much better than our old vinyl windows! They are a bit pricey but we really believe you get what you pay for. I will highly recommend Remewal by Andersen!
