Chris and Austin arrived right on time, prepped the area, finished the job in 2.5 hrs, cleaned up nicely and were on their way. Chris did a great job of explaining the finishing paperwork. The Renewal window looks great.

The installation went smoothly and within the time promised. The new window pair looks great, easy to open and adjust. The installers were friendly, informative and answered questions as I watched them work. They even gave suggestions on how to treat the widows and wood work for my final widow finishings. The final product color on the outside is a very close match to white color of my remaining older windows. The overall experience for the one set of windows was good and satisfactory, shy of the delayed installation from the original ordering 52 days later.
