I purchased a new home a few months ago and four new windows were my first big investment. With Jesse the sales rep and Mike the lead installer I felt confident that I was getting quality service and windows built to last. The installation was quick with no issues. They put down floor coverings while working inside the home and tidied everything up before heading out. Before starting Mike confirmed that I didn’t have any questions or concerns, same with after the installation. I got the run down on how to operate the windows. Immediately after installation the new windows looked great they opened and brightened up my rooms. I went with the “Do it Yourself” trim option so they left the painters tape up for me. Overall I’m very satisfied with how everything went and plan to slowly but surely do the rest of my home!

The installers went above and beyond. They protected the floors and cleaned up when they were finished with the job. The were friendly and professional.

Anderson called me at 7 am for this appt (a cancellation). I was thrilled! It was a re-trim appt (due to odd staining error earlier in Dec) and I felt it should be handled asap. Chris (along with Jesse, Matt, Kan, Tim and Arnell) came with professionalism, efficiency, upgraded a few things they saw in the job, friendliness and were thorough. They came at 8am and were done with the entire house (3 patio doors and 5 windows re-trimmed) by 3 pm. Impressive! It looks fabulous once again. I can’t wait for the restain in a few days. The only thing I can think of to make the process better, is to cover the room furniture with clear plastic drop clothes like the first crew. It would prevent the fine dust particles (mostly because I am allergic to dust). I should have mentioned that and maybe they had them. They did do a great job of laying down floor runners and vacuuming around the project. Anderson only hires top notch crews. These guys did great work. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat! We did have some problems- I wasn’t home and the stain applied was incorrect so they had to redo the trim and stain. That crew wasn’t as tidy- wish they had covered the furniture like the first crew. The work teams were all great .

We just had our old 35+ year old front door replaced by Renewal by Andersen. All of the windows of our house have been replaced by Renewal and we've never been disappointed. The new door arrived in great shape and the installers were AWESOME! I want to make sure I give a shout out to Chris and Jesse for doing great work and being proud of what they do for their customers. They really went above and beyond even when they were getting poured on by rain! Thank you so much!
