The installation team was excellent. Beyond professional and friendly. Upon arrival they made sure that everything was organized and clean. Spotless work done inside and outside the house. They even assisted fixing the outside and inside of the kitchen window which was not part of the original quote. Have nothing but good to say about them and highly recommend this team work on any house. We chose to replace 14 windows and couldn’t be happier!

Our installers, Mo & Diego were excellent! Polite, great workers, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything. Unfortunately one of the windows was manufactured incorrectly. It was actually upside down. So now we have to wait several weeks for this issue to be resolved. Delaying completion of our project which is frustrating with the approaching Holiday season and use of our Dining room. This was a manufacturing error not an installation error.

This is the second time we've had this same installation crew from Renewal by Andersen and we love them. They take such care to keep your space clean (I'm talking taping down plastic over carpets and covering surfaces, vacuuming when they're done), and they can get the job done even when they run into issues. The floor under our deck door is significantly bowed and they still got the door in level and perfectly sealed. The windows from the job they did 4 years ago are still perfect and I expect these will be the same.

We wanted to share how exceptional our experience was with Renewal by Andersen from start to finish. From the initial meeting, through window selection and the contract process, everything was seamless and professionally handled. What we would especially like to highlight, though, is Angela and the installation crew. We were living in the house throughout a very large whole-home window replacement project, and the entire crew was incredibly kind, hardworking, respectful, and trustworthy. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had a 10 out of 10 experience and took great care of our home throughout the process. After completing a project of this size, we can confidently say that we would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone considering a whole-house window replacement. Angela and her crew, in particular, were exceptional and made what could have been a very disruptive project feel organized and manageable. Finished up today and the installation crew was top notch!!! The windows are expensive but are worth the money spent. 27 windows total and not a single complaint. Highly recommend but the product and the installers.

Window is fantastic! The crew installing the new window was great. Professional, efficient, and fast-working. They cleaned up the work area. And they were polite and friendly.

I rated this company 5 stars three weeks ago after the first phase of our project was complete. Unfortunately, I should have waited until the second phase was complete because there were several issues with this second installation (6 days ago now) that caused us to be very disappointed. I called several times to alert them of the issues and asked to speak to management but have heard nothing back from leadership at this point. The issues were- Electricity was cut to our game room during the tear out of a door. Exterior lights beside our front door were removed by installers but never put back up. Both of these issues caused us to have to pay extra for an electrician to remedy. We have asked Andersen for reimbursement and have yet to hear back. The locks on several sets of the French doors do not lock in the same manner so some need to be replaced. An interior front door panel was cracked and therefore could not be installed. The wrong color of coil for the front door was installed. This project was a full house project that included every door and window and was extremely expensive. For the money that we paid, we expected much better customer service for the issues that need addressed. The final payment was deducted without any management coming out to review the quality of the work like we were told would occur. Now we are being told the issues are considered “service related” when this is really an incomplete installation where the issues should be addressed asap. Also- future buyers should be aware that if you request as full tear out of the old windows and require new trim kits, standard white is not offered and therefore, you will need to hire a painter at your own cost.
