I called for service, I had to wait a week but the service guy came on the day he was supposed to. Buddy called me when he was 45 minutes away and showed up before my appointment time. Renewal by Anderson is not by any means the cheapest windows out there. I reviewed three Windows manufacturers, Anderson, Pella, and Viwinco and with the help of Grok I was able to determine which company would offer me the best installation and the pros and cons of each window type. Anderson having their own installation team Interested me the most. Using a company that outsources their installation leaves lots of room for errors, time delays and from my personal experience poor quality. The Anderson team are trained on installation and are required to do follow up training over the years making them certified and to me that's worth something. you can always find products of less cost but to find employees that have worked for the same company for more than 8 years and like their job is saying a whole lot. After you get through the sales pitch (thanks Chris) and see the windows sample You start to feel that there's something different about this window. I signed the contract and a plan was set up the first being Travis coming over to remeasure my windows and correct little mistakes made during my interview. Very profession and personable. The window order was placed and the factory got to work constructing my windows not taking them off a shelf, making them specifically for my house. Then came installation with Mikes team of three, started on time Friday morning 13 windows installed that day returned on Saturday morning to install the door slider. They cover everything to prevent dirt or damage, cleaned up and removed all trash, was a well-oiled machine. One window out, one window in, one worker staging the windows while the other two remove the windows and installed. The job is beautiful. The new windows soften the outside road noise and I'm looking for a savings on my heating and air conditioning cost. it's nice to be able to open the windows freely get a nice breeze see a nice view. I have a twenty-year warranty and if anything goes wrong, or if I just have questions, I just call Renewal. I'm glad I didn't let price get in my way, because at the end of the day quality has a cost. I'm very pleased and say thank you Renewal Team!
