We had an issue with our new front door. I contacted my salesman (Luan) who immediately passed message to service. Which they scheduled a service call. Johnathan “Hitch” was our service man. He was prompt, very professional, very nice and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Five stars for Luan and Hitch.

We were blessed enough to have the tech Buddy come out to service our doors today. Buddy was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his craft. Our issues were addressed with care and 100% resolved in minutes. Our tech educated us on our doors and took pride in his work. We will for sure be asking for Buddy by name for our next service call. Replacing the windows in your house is a major project. Making sure you pick the right company is worth the time. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone interested in replacing their existing windows. From our salesman to our installation crew and the follow up, Renewal by Anderson is second to none.
