I had Renewal by Anderson come back out to address a couple factory defects on my front door. They were great about scheduling a follow up service. Hitch and Wes arrived today and went above and beyond. They were polite and very informative about my new doors when I had a few questions! They quickly installed the new front door and handle that was free of defects. I mentioned a small tear in one of the seals on my screen porch door and they offered to quickly address that for me instead of having to schedule another service call. They noticed my door was not gliding as smoothly as it could and took it upon themselves to make adjustments and lubricate all the spots. They showed me exactly what lubricant they prefers to use so I could purchase it on my own and keep up with the maintenance. It was a great experience and I’m thankful for their professional service!

My service person, Buddy, was on time, friendly, and most importantly did a great job. I needed a minor adjustment to my sliding door. He asked me about my concern. Listening carefully, asked some clarifying questions, then got to work. Afterwords he explained what he did, and asked me to try it out. Watched carefully while I did and answered all of my questions. Just the kind of service you expect from a high end company and product. Thanks Anderson!
