Jim M. stopped out to the house today to look at my front door. The bottom left was rubbing and I saw light and felt a draft at the top left of the door, so I wanted to get it readjusted. He arrived early which is great, but I felt bad that I didn’t leave work early enough to catch him and not make him wait. He was really good about it though and I got home as soon as fast as I could. He did a wonderful job, was informative, friendly, and very thorough. He went out of his way to make sure all concerns were addressed before he left, trying some things to hopefully stop the issue from happening again and trying something else that no one had yet. It looks and acts correctly again and I’m very appreciative as this was the 2nd or 3rd time that I had to have someone readjust the front door. Before he left, he even shook the inside from mat off where he was working at, as of course it was a cold and rainy day. It was something he didn’t have to do, but just another thoughtful thing he went out of his way to do before leaving. Great repair tech, thank you so much for everything!

Buddy & Carlos were polite with regards to any questions or concerns I had, and fixed the issues we were having with our door and windows in no time at all.

I just had my windows installed by Renewal by Andersen and I cannot say enough good things. Walter and his crew were incredible. Professional, meticulous, and so respectful of my home (and my sanity). They paid attention to every detail, cleaned up beautifully, and somehow managed to stay patient while my dogs barked at them like it was their full-time job. Not once did I feel like anything was rushed or sloppy — you can tell they take real pride in their work. The difference is unreal. It is SO quiet in here now. My house feels warmer, calmer, and just… finished. It honestly exceeded my expectations. I actually bought Renewal by Andersen windows in a previous home I lived in in Las Vegas, so I already knew the quality I was investing in. That past experience is exactly why I chose them again. Keith Scheurich, my sales rep, has also been amazing. Zero pressure, truly listens, and helped me think through a long-term game plan instead of just “selling windows.” He even stopped by yesterday despite having a packed schedule, which says a lot about the kind of service he provides. The experience has been so good that I already ordered more windows — and specifically asked for Walter and his crew again. That should tell you everything. If you’re considering new windows, this company and team is absolutely worth it.

Hitch and Jim were extremely professional and courteous. We ran into some problems with my door. They handled this situation amazingly well. I would highly recommend them.
