I'm really enjoying my new window! It was a professional and pleasant experience throughout the entire process. The sales guy articulated the benefits of choosing the Andersen product and team, and he was right! The installers did a great job and it was not an easy task given the challenging location and window size. Highly recommend!

I ordered three sets of doors and waited four months for them to be installed. On the day of installation, two sets of doors were not ready be due to a backorder and one set of doors had one door made backwards. I ended up with one door installed. I am still waiting for all the rest and no one will respond to my email inquiries including the original sales person. I have paid 50% down in advance and I would never use this company again. I might have to get my lawyer involved. I am disgusted.
