Our experience concerning the installation of a large window and ensemble door from Renewal by Andersen was nothing short of amazing. I’d like to name the professionals who installed the window and doors. They are (window) Moises and Freddy, (ensemble door) Leo and Ivan, (storm door) Rene and Paul. Each team showed, professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and above all, customer service. Saying all that, the real wonderful experience started with two young ladies who held my hand and guided me through the whole process. If not for them, this experience would have gone south in a heartbeat. Those two wonderful ladies are, Ayanna and Jessica Bachkora. Not all was going well. Enter Bobby Rook, he stepped in and everything went smoothly from there on.

Renewal by Andersen did a really great job on our windows and doors. The quality of the windows are amazing. We installed them right before winter time and in our old home you can feel the difference this windows have keep in the heat and keeping out the cold. We couldn't have been more pleased with the way things went. The installers were very professional and did great work.

I had a terrible experience with Renewal by Andersen. Their customer service was awful from start to finish. The installation crew showed up with a window that had a broken frame, which should never have made it past quality control. On top of that, they didn’t even bring the trim for the patio door, meaning the job couldn’t be completed as scheduled. What was promised to be a one-day install turned into a complete mess that forced me to take three days off work instead. There was poor planning, poor communication, and zero regard for my time. For a company that charges premium prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone.

Installation was excellent. Installation team was professional and really cared about the work being done right. Quality of doors is exceptional. I'm a very happy customer.

I strongly suggest they get a new receptionist! we called to inquire about getting a quote for some windows and a doors and the lady on the phone was so rude and condescending clearly didn’t know the product either just kept repeating a list of services in an angry tone when asked for elaboration. Unfortunately we had heard good things about this company but due to the phone interaction we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The process was painless and quick.

I signed the documents because I had a payment commitment from Renewal By Andersen and so they could collect what they DID NOT EARN, not because I am pleased with the work they did, and I DO NOT CERTIFY that they did a good job on my house. This is the worst company I have ever hired to do my windows and doors. Any local, smaller company can do a better job than them! I do not recommend them; they are irresponsible and mediocre!

What wonderful service! Traveled 150 miles to our mountain cabin! They were timely and knowledgeable. The job was replacing all windows. Job complete and not a problem one! I strongly advise anyone thinking about replacing windows to call Renewal!! Ayanna was was our point of contact. This lady was on top of the comunication between us and the crew doing the removal and installation. Did I mention how clean they were? It was cleaner after they left than when they got there!! 100 % satisfaction👍
