Raymond and his crew handled our replacement window project. The project required the installation of 16 individual replacement window inserts across 5 large window units. Two days were allowed for installation. We appreciated how Ray and his crew worked as a Team as they carefully and methodically removed the existing windows and installed, insulated, and caulked in the replacements. While Ray and his Team worked efficiently, the emphasis was on performance over speed and the end product reflected the attention to detail we expected. Renewal by Andersen Replacement Window projects are not cheap. The performance of Raymond's crew on the removal, installation, and clean up made it feel worthwhile. Furthermore, Ray and his crew took additional time to touch up both the interior and exterior caulking on some windows from a recent previous Renewal by Andersen Project to bring them in line with the aesthetic of the current installation. Overall we would give Raymond and Crew an A+. When we initiate the next phase of our window replacement project we will request Raymond and his Team to do the installation.

Renewal by Anderson made getting all the windows in our home quick and painless! They kept us informed from start to finish and were extremely efficient with the actual replacement (only took one day!). The windows look fantastic, we are very happy!
