My father in law replaced his windows, so my husband decided to go through the same company with how satisfied his dad was. I've heard they are overpriced. I can't personally say I know they are. But, I can say they were very professional. 3 men showed up. Mainly out of the 3 one was in my house. He made himself a little "tent" so to speak to avoid dust and debris getting everywhere. They were very nice, respectful. Despite me telling them they didn't need to cover their boots they still did and said it wasn't a problem. Their work was on point. They made sure to make as little mess as possible and anything that needed to be cleaned up was above and beyond. My install guy on the inside was Levi. Super nice guy, respectful, helpful etc. Again idk if the price was average or above. But to me, whatever the price was, was worth it. If you need new windows (or doors) highly recommend them. And if you can, ask for Levi. He was very good at what he does! I've added pictures of the first room he did and his little tent he makes.

Love my Anderson Windows. Ask for Roland and Adam to install as they are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Thank you, too, to Ethan, the consultant, and Ms. Tammy, who is so sweet on the telephone. They are a great team.

They did a great job installing new sliding glass doors for us. It looks amazing! They paid close attention detail and kept me informed about what they were doing, and asked for my opinion all the way through. Very friendly and courteous. 😊

Minus 5. Read Trustpilot!! Very disappointing experience with Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine. We were initially told we needed custom-sized doors and full frame replacement, which increased the price significantly. Later we were told the doors were actually standard size, with only a small price reduction. That didn’t add up. Installation quality was poor—frames are misaligned, doors are drafty unless locked, and there was excessive caulking used to cover gaps. Weatherstripping failed within days. Installers also disconnected parts of our wired security system and left it non-functional. For a $46,000 project, this was not acceptable. I would not recommend!

We had an older bay window removed and replaced with a beautiful double slider. We still have a beautiful sunny window but now it will actually be cooler in the summer and warmer, fingers crossed, in the winter and much more energy efficient. The installers were friendly, punctual and dog approved.

Great experience with a patio door installation! Russell and Tyler were detail oriented, skilled and took the time to complete this project with excellent quality. They explained what they were doing at various points in the process and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Would highly recommend 🙌🏻

Adam McGuire was very professional and courteous. Workmanship/quality was excellent and clean up was meticulous. These 3 windows completed our house. The rest of the house was done by Renewal by Anderson 2.5 years ago. We didn't hesitate to have them come back and do the last three.
