Editing Review with Recent Experiences: My recent experience with the office team from Renewal over one of my storm doors has been less than ideal. Within 30 days of install one of my storm doors had paint peeling heavily. I called the office and started talking to them about repair/replacement. They asked me to send off some pictures to them and I did. They immediately responded back via email that the damage was covered and that they would order a full replacement on the storm door. They said they would begin the process and let me know of updates as they came. Well at the end of June I hadn't heard back from them and I called them for an update. I spoke to Morgan who told me she saw the order but had no updates past the initial order being placed. She assured me someone would call me back within 2 days at the absolute maximum. A week later I still hadn't heard anything and I called them back this morning. Now it appears from what they said on the phone today that they have had my replacement door for some unknown amount of time and they called to finally schedule install. I am not impressed with their service department and lack of communication. The whole process to replace our windows and doors was as seamless as could be, from the salesman Heather to the scheduling team to the installation team of Jeremiah, Sam and Matthew. They have all been incredibly helpful and professional. The installation was seamless and they did an amazing job. Our home looks beautiful. Thank you everyone.

We had a fantastic experience working with the Renewal by Andersen team. They were courteous and professional from the very first meeting, and the end result turned out beautifully. Certainly would recommend for those looking for a seamless experience!

Dean and Chandler expertly installed 2 oversized and 2 medium , 2nd level windows in our 1920 vertical log cabin. A quite complex and difficult job. The windows look wonderful and added value to our camp. Thank you!
