They were Very professional and had good answers when we called with questions. They kept the insides protected from debris and a great job cleaning up both inside & outside after the job was done. Highly recommend their work!

Minus 5. Read Trustpilot!! Very disappointing experience with Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine. We were overcharged they did unnecessary work so now they won't answer our calls or emails! Corporate dispute resolution system is broken too: likely too many complaints! Salesman walks in sees almost new house: 20 years old with original Anderson doors. Renewal sells custom sizes so he knows selling custom sizes is wrong but he does. Then the measuring expert comes says standard sizes work (omitted they are the same size as the ones we have) and we save 7%. They rip out frames and casings anyway and put in the same sizes as they ripped out and deliver the exact same size doors as we have. Save your old doors! Horrible installation too! Doors open on their own, are drafty. Then we find our old doors fit in the new frames. If you have Anderson stuff don’t use Renewal!! I would not recommend!
