The crew that came to replace the windows were very professional, and do the great job with everything, including laying down cloth everywhere they went, making clean up a lot easier. The windows were great, although three screens were damaged and have to be replaced.

We had new windows installed today and we want to thank Edgar G, Ivan E and Nelson B for a great job. This team was courteous and professional making this a very pleasant experience. The windows are beautiful but the seamless installation make them even prettier!! We highly recommend Renewal by Anderson - fantastic product and customer service!

Mr. Thomas, who was responsible for measuring our windows, conducted himself with remarkable professionalism. He displayed a thorough grasp of the task at hand and diligently ensured precision throughout the process. Additionally, he offered a comprehensive explanation of our available window selections. Mr. Thomas skillfully elucidated that the prior window installation, carried out by Home Depot, was subpar, a fact that was quite evident and led to our decision to enlist Renewal by Andersen for corrective action and replacement. Karen almost destroyed installation. She refused to communicate by phone/text knowing I don’t use email. Suggest her immediate termination. Everyone and everything excellent. Karen is an obstacle to efficiency, professionalism and good customer relations! No one should have to work with egotistical Karen. Rude and obstinate to everyone. She never called nor texted once. My designer Mark S saved me at every turn. Five stars WITHOUT KAREN!

We had a great experience from the start when the sales associate came out and discussed the history behind the company to the person that came out to do the touchup paint on the slider doors. We had a crew of three on the first day, Josh C Albert, G and Mike C, they installed eight windows were very pleasant, helpful kind, and very good at their job. These three were outstanding the way they spoke to each other was pleasant how helpful they were to each other. They worked together like a well oiled machine. On the second day, we were added Vicente, Matt Fred, and Adrian. Again, this group was kind and courteous to each other. They were pleasant to my neighbors. They worked together as a great team all seven of them. They worked so well together that my three day job turned into one and a half days. We are extremely happy with the window product and even more happier with all the people we’ve come in contact with this company. I have already shared this experience with friends and Wood. Hope that they choose your company not only for the product but for the employees.
