The crew Andersen's sent out to install our windows and door were better than good. They worked extremely well together. Not eating any time and we're professional at all times. I especially enjoyed their laughter as they worked. It was comforting to know they had each other's back. We had 5 windows and a hugh sliding glass door and they were able to install them all by end of the first day. The 3 man crew that came out the second day carried on the fantastic work that was on the first day. I can completely recommend Andersen's and the crew we had to anyone looking for a better window. AND QUIET! Our neighborhood is pretty loud at night and we heard nothing. A really big smile is attached to this comment page. Thank you.

I’ve actually been waiting over a year to post this review, hoping things would improve or be properly addressed—but unfortunately, they haven’t. We spent close to $80,000 replacing 8 windows and installing a set of sliding doors, and the results have been extremely disappointing. After just a year, pieces are already falling off the windows. The sliding doors (nearly $30,000 on their own) have been a complete letdown—the doors and screens repeatedly come off the track, and you can feel wind coming through the sides. The installation quality is even more concerning. When we recently replaced siding on our upper story, it exposed how poorly the upstairs windows were installed. There was only a small, dime-sized amount of caulking sprayed along the sides—nowhere near enough to properly seal them. Large areas were essentially left hollow, offering little protection from heat, wind, or noise. On hot days, you can literally feel heat radiating around the windows. One of the most frustrating issues: two sets of casement windows don’t even open fully because they hit our roof eaves. This is especially baffling because they send a technician out beforehand to assess and ensure everything will fit and function properly. Their “solution”? Cut chunks out of our roof eaves so the windows can open. That’s not only a terrible look for the home—it’s something we are absolutely not willing to do. These windows alone cost nearly $16,000, and their proposed compensation for windows that don’t function properly is about $1,000. That’s simply not acceptable. To be fair, their customer service team has been responsive and professional throughout. But at this price point, the product and installation should be flawless—and they are far from it.
