I have only praise for every member of the Renewal By Andersen team. I was treated with politeness, respect, and kept informed throughout the process from first contact by David, who was in my neighborhood handing out discount coupons, to the last step of window installation & usage instructions by Thomas and his team: Jose, Cervantes, Ivan & Rolando I had Andersen windows previously installed in mid-90s by a different company so I knew their windows are very reliable & lasting. I wanted to replace them with double hung style that I can clean from the inside, so David's appearance was good timing for me. He gave me an appointment time with their salesman, Kevin. Kevin took initial measurements of the 8 windows I wanted replaced. He didn't attempt to persuade to purchase any more than I requested. He did answer all my questions and informed me of discounts that I could use, financing possibilities, along with when & amount of payments to be made. Kevin showed me a sample of a corner of the window frame, provided me with booklet, went over the contract in detail reiterating important points like 5 days to cancel. The contract is signed electronically on his tablet. A copy is emailed. A deposit of $1000 or 10% if less is required at this time. Kevin also informed me of the full remaining process and provided a road map paper to.track their progress. He provided me the name of my concierge, Nicholas (Nick). Nick was there to keep me informed of next steps & answered my questions. A key component. He also connected me with Juan at Barr & Clark when I realized I hadn't heard from them or I had mistaken their call as spam. Scott was my technical measurement person. He double checked all the initial window measurements plus more. I ordered a casement window above my sink & he inquired regarding color of its handle. I hadn't realized I had ordered silver instead of white. He changed it for me which saved me some money. Together we reviewed each window on his tablet. Michael called soon after this visit to set the delivery dates. I signed the contract June 28th and they were installed August 10th & 11th. The finance team requested my next payment at that time - third of project less the down payment. Barr & Clark company performed the lead testing. Juan, who works for them, was also professional and polite. Asking before entering a room to test. He also tested other possible areas in case I replace those in the future, his report would cover them. He informed me of the results. I obtained a copy later from the installation team manager. The finance team emailed to remind me of upcoming final payment after installation. They were helpful in allowing me to pay some early to remain under my credit card limit for the final payment. My apologies to this team as I'm unable to locate your names to thank you individually. The installation team hung plastic to keep dust from my furniture, they cleaned up each night better than I would have done. No loud music played. They asked questions when in doubt regarding my curtain brackets that I should have removed. I was impressed with their abilities and professionalism. Their manager, Jamal, stopped by each day to review their work and ask if I had questions or concerns. After completion Thomas allowed me to video him while he explained how the windows work, including preparation for cleaning. He also had me operate one while he demonstrated on another in the same room. These Acclaim windows are so much easier to use than my older ones. I do believe the window frame is larger which makes the glass portion smaller. My neighbors do not notice this. I highly recommend this company. Not a weak link within the whole process. Thank you!

Arrived and were ready to begin work by 8:00 AM as promised. They were efficient, professional and very friendly. They made sure every detail was taken care of. They cleaned up thoroughly, and even gave the windows a second cleaning. Then they demonstrated opening and closing before leaving.

Larry V was on time. Very professional. Polite, courteous. Took great care in measuring all windows and sliding glass door. Took equal care in making sure we understood what we were ordering. Answered all questions that came up.
