Just had them come by to give me an estimate. The salesman/lady kept trying to say a price. Yet they didnt measure one window or door. Just trying ro talk about price.didnt even know how many windows and doors we had.

Absolute rip off. 3 times the price of what a contractor will do it for. Had them out for warranty work on poorly installed windows. Did nothing but run a bead of caulk and called it good. Now I’m dealing with water intrusion and black mold. They will not take responsibility for the install or the warranty repairs that didn’t help. Want to charge me to come out and fix their botched installs. Suing them. Slam dunk

Throughout the years I couldn't figure out why my room seemed to get the most amount of spiders. My bed is under a window from your company and I have woken up with bites countless times. A few months ago, I noticed a few baby spiders had made webs on the window screens on the interior side of them. Come to find out they were getting in my room through the opening around where the window screen sits in the frame. I put duct tape over the opening and haven't had a problem since. I know these were installed in 2006 but I just wanted to let you guys know that they don't keep bugs out.
