We have always had Anderson windows in our home, and Renewal By andersen did an excellent job for retrofitting the new windows. The installers were extremely professional., Respectful and cleaned everything up extremely well. I couldn’t be happier..

So we had a gentleman knocked on the door, we need one window replaced. Made it clear we need one window replaced. Not problem, someone called us and again said one window replaced. When the sales associate arrived he was upset and could not convert the sale to more than one window. He was polite but clearly irritated that we only need one window. We understand the quality of your windows but again one window needs replaced. The associate stated that one window was $5K. What the heck! What this Associate did not know is I buy windows often for multi family.. This appointment was a waste of your time and yours as you did not listen to our needs. Please know arrogance is not a solution to communication. This was not the right fit from the beginning. Telling us that our vinyl window was not quality is not nice. We are happy to go to Home Depot.
