We had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 p.m. to look into replacing windows and doors. At 1:20 I called the scheduling number because no one had showed up or called. The person who answered the phone called the person that was supposed to come and give us an estimate, called me back that the "designer" was on his way with an ETA of 2:15 p.m. If the first appointment lacks promptness, just imagine the experience in installation. YOU, Anderson, need OUR BUSINESS. Don't expect potential customers to WAIT ON YOU. This would have been a big project, so the business you lost is on the informality and lack of communication of the "designer".

The two men were very professional, polite and efficient workers. They answered all my questions. I love my new door. It was installed with precision. I would recommend this company highly.

My windows and front door are absolutely beautiful. I could not have imagined it was going to turn out as nice and excellent quality. I had to order new curtains. No way was I going to hang up old curtains in these beautiful widows. I am extremely happy with the installers, Diego was the lead. They have worked so hard and constantly. These two men have worked like they are working on their own home. I cannot say enough good things about them. They want our install to be perfect. I hope Anderson knows how blessed they are to have this team working for them. They are a rarety indeed.

be careful. installers were hammering windows in place probably because of bad measurements. stucco job was miserable. no where matching existing stuco. also very messy, cement splashes not only on the walls but our floor tile too. painting at night is probably not a good idea, they splashed paint on black window frame and again the floor tile. im sure the windows are manufactured with quality, however, the hands that are working on deck are not quality. these guys replied with beautiful language and they did come over and agreed that the stucco was unsatisfactory and said they would correct and a month later we are still waiting.

The crew kept me informed on when they were going to be at site. They were caught in traffic and called to say they would be on site at 9:15 and showed up right on time. They were very professional. They answered all our questions and concerns before they left. When they left the site was as clean as when they arrived.
