Quality product. The installer was professional and did an amazing job getting my new door in. However, the salesman led me to believe i would be getting a metal mesh screen door but, instead was a fiberglass screen which i specifically said I did not want. For the price of the door I was expecting a better screen metal screen. The screen door was the only disappointment I had.

be careful. installers were hammering windows in place probably because of bad measurements. stucco job was miserable. no where matching existing stuco. also very messy, cement splashes not only on the walls but our floor tile too. painting at night is probably not a good idea, they splashed paint on black window frame and again the floor tile. im sure the windows are manufactured with quality, however, the hands that are working on deck are not quality.

We purchased windows from Renewal by Anderson of El Paso 2 months ago June 3 &4 2025. They are fully paid $48,414. They don’t start until they get money, then drag their feet. My husband has repeatedly called Renewal by Anderson and spoke to Cathy for weeks they have repeatedly stated (Cathy)that they will call him back, that she needs to speak to her manager, that they fired the people who installed windows etc.-they have yet to call him back and as of 8/30/2025 this is where Renewal by Anderson unfinished project stands today. Please Do yourself a favor go elsewhere. 👎👎. Update after this post months later they sent a guy to paint, this clown didn’t match paint, he tore my hose, clogged my sprinklers, he physically stood and stepped on screens to take paint off with his boots, brand new screens. He also claimed he didn’t drop paint all over my flower bed rock wall. Disgusting work!👎
