My aunt and her fiancé bought a house in Las Cruces NM with her VA home loan. I am saddened that a company who said they honor Veterans and give discounts, came through offered services and did a poor job from the start, to not even close to a finished job, to what waspromised. It is a lot of money. As for his mental health it has gotten worse due to the lack of communication from Renewal by Anderson employees, lack of willing to show responsibility, bring supervisors when requested and or a CEO. At this point other companies would have offered some sort of compensation for all of the issues that have happened. They have caused a household to become mentally distraught without a care in the world.

Living here in Las Cruces New Mexico my fiance and I bought our first house. We needed New windows put in, 21 windows and 1 glass sliding door costing $80,000 plus. It was a rushed job employees broke side gate that slams up against our master bedroom wall when the wind picks up. Winds as low as 8mph agitating my P.T.S.D and ANXIETY keeping me from getting proper sleep. Most of all im in mental treatment that your company is affecting and it's called Exomind. To us the customer, we have asked for the CEO to come out was told he or she would not come out, but that a supervisor and his operations supervisor would be present for a morning of the job being looked at to be finished. That was another lie we want a CEO to contact us and come view the videos and installation of your product. Most of all the funniest lie your employees are telling us is that it was all the old employees, but for the last month that your employees have been back to our house its like they all told on them selves because they are the same ones that were here to install then, minus 2 names they said were no longer with the company.

1yr after initial install, a CEO and supervisors request to come see said issues. Deflect, deflect is all you get. Mental health declining due to lie after lie. Would like to give a 5 star rating. But I love my wood windows. However it took them a while to get them installed. Longer than Quoted. My fence ( Side vehicle gate) was damaged by an installer and was promised it to be repaired fastforward 4 months and I have called several times to get said repair. I am a 100% disabled veteran. And do not like that a company charging $84,000.00 for 21 windows and a sliding door. Has damaged property and is refusing to correct it. I have injured myself 3 times due to heavy gate that used to swing freely, now has to be lifted to be moved. I have called and called and left voice mails and was promised someone would get back to me after their vacation that was a month ago. Then with high winds my windows now creek when opening and dont slide freely and they do let in dirt. So am unsure why they cost so much if not truthfuly sound proof and dust free in my opinion. So be careful and check property for damage and demand fixing before they leave your property. I dont know what or how else to get said repairs done. Good luck. Like I said I want to give a 5 star.....

We had our front door and our patio doors replaced. On delivery day Diego and Anthony showed up to remove and replace the doors. Every overall went as expected. On the 2nd visit Diego and Ian showed up to put in the trim and the floor plate. Overall very satisfied with doors installation and the service offered by Diego and his team was grwat.

I had my sales pitch and estimate in April of 2025. Sales guy didn't offer design options, didn't return my calls, told his boss he went over everything and I selected what he ordered. He ordered mismatched windows for two adjacent bedrooms to "save me some money." Fast forward to September 2025 and my detailed letter sent to corporate. The El Paso corporate manager, Dennis, explained that they were working on correcting issues from previous managers. He was able to rectify the problems, called me on several occasions himself, and finally set things up to install on November 28, 2025. While I did compare RBA, Pella, and Champion and RBA was the most expensive, they also offered different financing options. The crew worked quickly and even put up with barking dogs all day. At one point. The mismatched bedroom windows were back in play, but luckily for all of us, the subsequent windows ordered to correct the issue had been on the truck. At the end of a ten hour day, five ew windows were installed, two had to be removed and corrected, then the crew stayed to show me how to work everything. They or skilled and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were total professionals. While the lack of communication and customer service from April to September was frustrating, I did have corporate managers contact me, they fixed the situation, they scheduled the install. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. I like the windows very much and I still have two more to do but that will have to happen at a different time due to the cost. If the initial sales pitch had included my design options and what I had selected all the issues would have been non-existent. For 6 months I had no idea, no examples, and no images of what my new windows were going to look like. Apparently renewal by Anderson of greater El Paso is working hard to correct the issues from the past. I hope they get the chance to prove themselves to more people. I would recommend renewal by Anderson of greater El Paso for anyone who's considering replacing any windows.

The short answer is because they are in a hurry to get your money first; all of it. Getting the job finished correctly is another story. I'll start with what I like. What RBA has is a quality product as long as it is assembled and installed correctly. By the way, if you have a custom house where the doors and windows have any rounded corners in the stucco then do NOT go with RBA. Their products do not play well in the "customized house" arena because you will need specialized installation. Which brings me back to my point. The company pushes their installers to get the doors and windows installed as fast as possible. My story is that, after spending just over $30,000 for 2 small bathroom windows, 3 4x4 bedroom windows, and 1 standard patio door with a screen, we are still waiting for the patio door to be completed. The windows required a rework of the stucco. All 5 windows looked amateurish and cheap after the 1 day installation. Thankfully, the RBA coordinator Kathy managed to get non-RBA help to get the windows fixed properly. Kathy gets 5 stars for that! The patio door? Oy vey, take a look at the pictures. The deadbolt was made workable after I put a piece of shimmy plastic to push the turn-lock into the deadbolt assembly. The supervisor Cruz kept saying he'd have the parts to correct everything but that was months ago. By the way, the screen lock has no receiver and no sweep. (pictures) The surprise was when the RBA coordinator Kathy quit and was replaced by Ayanna that had no idea of our situation; no turnover of our project. Crickets. I called to complain to Ayanna (after all, I gave RBA 5 months before seriously complaining) and now they have ghosted me. But god forbid they offer anything regarding compensation or fixing things. Because the money is being collected by an independent PowerPay company and RBA got their money, RBA appears to be done with me. So bottom line: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Their goal appears to get the money first and foremost. Your satisfaction? Meh, it's a nice thought but not a priority.
