The team that came out to do the installation was amazing but the company needs to work on their customer service. Updates were not done in a timely manner and communication was an all time low . I think they were a little pricey but what can you do

My review is only on the estimate, I didn’t buy anything. I wanted to replace 3 doors and called them for an estimate. Two sales people show up and explained a little bit of company history, showed me a design they created, showed me a sample of a door, which looked pretty sturdy. The estimate felt more like a sales pitch and they really wanted me to sign the loan agreement that afternoon, when I declined they seemed a bit upset and left. At the end, I decided not to go with them because they quoted me, with same day discount, 32k. I found their price too high. After they left I did my research and I’m glad I didn’t go with them. Like with anything else, highly recommend that you do your research too.
